Great response, Super flexible! They understood I was on a time crunch to get this done before the dry wall guys came in to finish the walls. They called me several times to be sure they could meet my needs. Very professional when they came in, and the service was clean and quick. I paid a little extra because it required supplies I did not have but it was not unreasonable. Overall, very happy with the work.

Scheduling was very easy, the technician showed up on time and he did a fantastic job! We will definitely use Bright Essentials for all of our electrical needs.

Eli did a great job. He was very courteous. Eli came the same day I called him and kept me updated on the time he would arrive. He was able to rewire my smoke detector and it only took about 15 minutes. I would definitely hire him again!

Work went very well for fan BUT then I hired him to do extra work that was more involved, replacing main electrical box . He was a nice guy, veteran but in the end turned out to be dud. One excuse after another: Couldn't get permit, van broke down...someone stole his van..........? He either has the worst luck in the world or only capable of doing minor stuff. He was shinning star in the beginning but turned out to be a dud! Rate him A for minor work F for major work. SOOOO! very disappointed in him.

Great! They did all this in the allotted 2 hours work segment that we purchased. They were punctual, arriving about the agreed upon time even with heavy morning traffic. And they called ahead to say they were on their way and 20 minutes out. Because we were so pleased with their work, we are going to have them come back and do some additional work including replacing our whole house surge protector as their review of the breaker panel revealed that the protector we have now is not working correctly & was the cause of some of our Hurricane Harvey damage.

He stayed late to get the job done and when a part couldn't be acquired until the next day, he came back and finished the job. Trustworthy.
