Kalen Barker with Bright Side Plumbing was such a lifesaver! I had an urgent plumbing issue, and luckily, he was in my neighborhood and was able to come help me. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I really appreciated how quickly he stepped in and took care of the issue. I would highly recommend Kalen and Bright Side Plumbing!

I can’t recommend Dave with Brite Side Plumbing highly enough! I ran into a very unusual, complex blockage at a large industrial space I rent, and Dave handled it like a absolute pro. He showed up on time, gave me a call when he was en route, and was friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. It ended up being a two-step job. During his first visit, Dave took the time to explain what was going on and told me exactly what modifications I needed to make to clear out the area first. After I made those changes, I called him back. Dave returned equipped with the right tools and ground it out on a scorching 100-degree August afternoon until that blockage was completely cleared out. Finding honest tradespeople is tough, but Dave is top-tier: zero pushy sales pitches or membership traps, just honest effort, great vibes, and a commitment to quality work. Dave has earned all my future business for sure!

Replaced ancient sewer line from house to main sewer. Ricardo and Austin were very good at what they do! Everyone we dealt with at Brightside Plumbing was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them.

I asked Bright Side to help me replace some of the failing plumbing in my 30 year old home. They were able to assist me on the same day I called. Kalen was careful to explain the repairs he was recommending and why they were needed. He was thorough and found issues I wasn't aware of but that clearly existed (leaking valves I hadn't noticed but could see evidence of once pointed out). I felt taken care of and that my house was being well taken care of. Kalen was very kind and courteous. It was an overall great experience.

Kalen was great! We broke the bathtub drain pipes while trying to replace the cover. Kalen came the same day and fixed it, even installing a panel for easier access in the future. Everything looks good and works well. Thank you very much!

Brightside plumbing is the best business in town! They are knowledgeable and helped me out with my well water concerns. They gave me the best recommendations on the tests we needed and good thing they did because we had high levels of arsenic and were able to find the perfect filter and softener for our well water. They also helped with concerns we had on a jetted tub. I highly recommend them.
