Found errors in quality of workmanship about 2 years later. There was damage to the trim inside of our house due to water leaking around the sides of the window. The company would not repair the issues because we were outside the 1 year installation warrantee, even though I had expressed concerns about the lack of insulation and some other pieces at the time. I talked with a couple other window companies and they identified that there was a lack of flashing which was allowing wind and water into the house around the sides of the windows. Very disappointed in their lack of interest in fixing their mistakes. To be fair, their initial sales service was good. They did a great job of walking through the house and helping us understand the options. The installers were very professional and did a great job communicating as they went room to room. They just weren't very good at the installation and don't stand behind their product.

The whole experience is pleasant. The sales rep is friendly and professional. He suggested which windows to replace and didn’t try to up-sell me. The window installation was done in the promised time and the crew was friendly and respectful of our privacy and asked our permission before starting any work. Overall Brightside is beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with our Parallax replacement windows from Brightside Home Solutions. Working through the design and estimation was painless, and we were pleasantly surprised with the degree of flexibility there was, in terms of which windows were included, the color and style options, and the scheduling of the project. The measurement, fabrication, and installation process was also easy, with only one minor issue: two of the windows were made too small by the factory. Once this was discovered, though, the team at Brightside was able to deal with the problem quickly and professionally. Overall, we were satisfied with the service we received, and impressed with the quality of the installed window system. The attention to detail is obvious, right down to matching the color of the caulk to our exterior trim and the respectful and efficient manner of the crew during the installation.

From initial call, to window consultation, to the installation and follow up...Brightside Home Solution was top notch! We replaced 25 year old windows that were warped and super inefficient with beautiful, clear and super awesome windows and could not be happier. The windows are so good that we can actually keep our blinds open when the sun hits them directly and the house doesn't become a sauna, which was a huge issue with our old windows. We are so thankful we decided to replace our windows with Brightside Home Solutions!

Even though it took some time to get the windows, the price was unbeatable and the installation was fast. The support after the installation was just as good. Now, i can clearly the difference in the house.

From the initial consultation, they were very honest and straightforward with their pricing and focused only on the value their company could provide rather then speak negatively about others. There was never any pressure or any games with 'calling the boss' to get you the special discount if you sign today. All in all, I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Once we decided to go with them, they came back one more time to double check measurements. When the windows arrived, we were on the schedule the following week for the installation. We had all the windows in our house replaced, about 20 windows, and the crew had them completed in three days. They did a great job with the installation, including fixing some crumbling siding at the front of the house. They were very courteous and mindful of us working from home, and vacuumed/cleaned up after each day. The trim and finish were very well done. After the installation was complete, the install crew went over the install with the project manager and took the time to point out areas where there may have been some damage from the shipping of the windows. They were very prompt in contacting the manufacture to get in the order for the replacement parts. We love the new windows. Not only do they look very nice, they offer cool features like being able to slide them both from the bottom and the top. They also pivot inwards so that you can clean both sides from inside the house. It was a very smooth process from start to finish.

We recently had the windows replaced in the front of our house by Brightside Home Solutions. Chris and the installation crew were great to deal with. The experience and cost compared with other window options was excellent so we decided to schedule the installation of all of the windows on the back of the house as well. They found some dry rot below one of the upstairs windows and did a great job fixing the area and did not charge me for it. The customer service and overall experience has been excellent so far. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish every employee we dealt with was professional and courteous, and all of our questions were answered every step of the way. The installation was smooth and took even less time than anticipated and the new windows fixed the last eyesore that was left on our home. Brightside Home Solutions made window replacement easy and fun! We could not be happier with our new windows. They are what I like to call the "transformer" Parallax windows. These windows were the thing that caught my interest at first but the deal we were offered was unbeatable. The icing on the cake was the lifetime warranty covering everything from accidental glass breakage to seal failure & even the screens! Most importantly, the warranty is transferrable to the next homeowner. This warranty mixed with the amazingly cool windows and next level customer service made the choice extremely easy. Once we selected Brightside Home Solutions the install process was a breeze. During the install, the team found some dry rot on the house and were flexible enough to allow us to make the repairs and save some money. They then came back the next day to finish the job. It felt like everyone from the sales team to the contractors where there for you and did everything they could to make window replacement easy and fun! Brightside Home Solutions did a fantastic job on replacing all our windows and sliding glass doors. We love the the ease of opening and cleaning and can already tell a difference in the temperature inside the house. The installers were timely and efficient and the finish trim looks beautiful. We waited a long time to replace our windows and are so glad we chose Brightside for the job.

Great company and product. Chris from Brightside was excellent to work with. He was very thorough and provided all the needed information about the windows, install and after care/warranty. The inital consultation time was short and to the point. There was no pressure from him during the consultation and just wanted to make sure he was able to provide the information and answer the quesitons we had. Turn around time was quicker then expected to get the windows manufactured. The installers were very courteous with the kids in online home school and a dog thats nervous around strangers. The installers did a great job installing the windows, explaining any issues they ran into. The windows are such an upgrade and really is amasing how much more light comes through them. Now we are budgting to get the rest of the windows replaced and will for sure have Brightside Home Solutions replace them.
