It wasn't entirely clear that the price was for X hours. So, I have to talk with their supervisor to negotiate a different price. It was OK, but that should have been very clear, as I was very clear I wanted the house cleaned. Also, the house was empty of all furniture etc, so it can't be said it was that.

They even cleaned an interior palladium window that I couldn't reach.

Great. They were fast and thorough. But did a great job. I was pleased.

Stove and oven cleaned. Showers not cleaned. Cabinets not wiped down. Cleaned floors. Several hours late.

This is what I bought and THOUGHT I was getting: $179 for a deep housecleaning; includes cleaning the interior of oven and refrigerator. Valid for homes up to 2,000 square feet; service provider will take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items; larger homes can be cleaned for an additional amount. Kitchen cleaning includes: cleaning all cabinets and appliances; moving your small appliances and other items and cleaning the counter area; cleaning the tops of all items and replacing them; scouring your sink and sweeping or thoroughly mopping your floor. Bathroom cleaning includes cleaning showers, tubs, toilet, and sinks; cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures and treating any mildew; cleaning your mirrors and the shower door tracks; moving most vanity items and cleaning your counter areas; cleaning the tops of vanity items and replacing them; cleaning your bathroom cabinets and floors. General cleaning includes: changing the linens and making the beds; cleaning wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, doors, and door trim; dusting, cleaning, and/or polishing all furniture and all decorative items; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors. Deep cleaning services include: cleaning the blinds, baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other high dusting. This is what I received: They showed up 2.5 hours late. No phone call or text. I had to call her. They were rushed and short-handed as they were missing 1 person. They rushed through the job because she had another home to clean that day. The deal included a 2000 square foot home, mine is 1600 SF. My daughter came over and cleaned 2 of the rooms the day before, leaving 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and sunroom. Much less SF than the allowed. They still did not have enough time to finish. They didn't even go into the laundry room until I asked them to wipe down the shelves in there as they were leaving. They wiped the front of the shelves and left the back of the shelves dusty in almost every room. Some of the shelves were missed entirely! They didn't move some things as stated. No small appliances were moved, i.e. coffee pot. They did a very bad job cleaning the oven. She didn't even want to do it because she didn't have time. Some of the doors/frames weren't even touched. I asked them to do the blinds in one of the rooms and they said they didn't have time. When I stated the deal said they would stay until finished, she told me Angie's list had the wrong information on the deal and that was NOT the case. They broke an irreplaceable tissue holder that went with a set. Besides having to ask them to redo or do what they were supposed to do, and not doing everything because they didn't have time, Gilda stated they would come back and make things right. She has yet to call or text me back to set up a date.

Excellent job with great communication. I would definitely recommend them.

Not well. We had set it up for them to come Monday 27th of March. They did not show up or try to call. When I called the owner the next day, the owner tried to say it was overly busy, when I asked the owner why they did not come the previous day she only said they were super busy. I immediately said why did you book more than you can do. I. Told her it had to be done on Tuesday even if I was not on the schedule. She showed up at 630pm and was out of the house by 900pm. How do you thoroughly clean a 3 bedroom house with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a hallway in 230 hours. I was not satisfied at all nor will I recommend her in the future.

Absolutely wonderful for my first experience with professional cleaners. The crew of three was unbelievably thorough, cleaning ceiling fans, baseboards, walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchen. No surface was left untouched. I am going to have them on a regular basis now, as a gift to myself. Linda

I was not contacted by the vendor- did not find out they could not do it till I called them . I paid for this service and had someone planned to be there. This is very disappointing - I will not be using them again.

Gilda and her crew were amazing! They were able to schedule a cleaning on short notice, did an incredibly thorough job and my wife was thrilled with their work! They were courteous, professional and took great care of the things in our home. My wife was so pleased, she asked if we could hire them every time the house needed cleaning. We certainly will!

AMAZING, MADE THE HOME LOOK LIKE A MODEL HOME! I AM GRATEFUL.

She's wonderful all around. A great company. Very thorough and very fairly priced.
