Lousy work ,got an estimate for cleaning . The owner edma sent her niece who doesn’t speak or understand English and halfway through got a text that the amount we decided on is not enough and threatened to leave and not finish. She missed dusting and said next time she will do it and when asked her to finish the job left in a temper tantrum when I followed her and ask where she was going started yelling at me in her language and English and refused to finish or return my money. I have had cleaning services for twenty years but never saw someone like that.

"Hello, I am sorry about your bad experience. I have been working in this industry for fifteen years and this has never happened before. When I gave you your estimate, we discussed what you wanted to clean and I gave you an estimate with that in mind. However, when my employee got there, you asked her to do extra tasks that was not previously discussed. She stayed there for 3+ hours due to the extra jobs she was given and that is why I asked for a price increase. I apologize for this inconvenience, my employees are always professional. There must have been a miscommunication. Have a nice day."

So friendly and responsive to my request. Met me and discussed my needs on the weekend so did not complicate my work schedule. Everything done so nicely on first visit which was considered the initial deep cleaning visit. Air had fresh scent. Carpeted and bare floors well done. Everything had polished look. I had kept everything clean and organized so felt not much deep cleaning needed but so wonderful to have everything so meticulous when I arrived home after their visit.

Very well, house cleaner was industrious and thorough, had to come back for part of a second day due to 4000 square foot home being very dusty in places. Housekeeper was pleasant and polite.

Celia was really great, she came over in the weekend and stayed for 7 hours, never seen my apartment soo clean!! was very haply with her organization skills, but thought she would have organized more drawer, that may have been my fault, I wasnt specific enough, Would for sure bring her back again! felt she was very sweet trust worthy and my place felt like home again after she left. My only issue was Adma told me there would be 2 people coming but only celia showed up as her work partner was ill, so she had to stay for 7 hours since i requested alot of specific cleaning to be done but they didnt offer to reduce the price, and celia was too much of a sweetheart for me to make an issue about it. Hoping for a discount next time!

After the initial snafu with scheduling, Celia did a very good job cleaning my house. She was very pleasant to work with and was thorough in her work. I was initially concerned about what seemed like a steep price, but I don't regret hiring them after seeing her work diligently for almost 6 hours. One of the key things to me is how they react when I ask them to clean areas/spots missed by them. Celia responded very well and in a pleasant manner in sharp contrast to the cleaning service that I used previously. I hope they keep up the great job since I plan on keep using them! <br />

"First of all, we cleaned your house in December and Celia spent 9 hours cleaning your house, 4 hours in one day and 5 hours in the next day, You sent me a message saying the kitchen floor was dirty and i said to you that it was impossible to clean because it iwas very old, but we offered to clean it again even though we knew that was impossible to clean, you said that you couldn't do it that time because you were going to be busy and you will text us back and tell us when we could redo the kitchen floor and never call us back. As you saw in our reviews we don't have any bad reviews , despite what you said we are very responsible. We have been cleaning houses more then 12 years i have many clients , it is impossible to have the same clients in 12 years doing a bad job. Your house was very dirty, it was not cleaned for a very long time. we clean houses we don't fix it."

Worth every penny!! Today was the second time Cecelia came and cleaned our house. It is so nice to come home to a house that not only looks amazing but smells amazing!! We are so pleased with the service that is being provided. I chose Brilliant house keeping based on other reviews and I'm so happy I did. From the initial meeting with Adgma (hope I'm spelling that right) I knew we we're in good hands. We went over every thing I wanted to have done and then the next day she sent Cecelia over for another quick run through of services we wanted and so I could show her the products I wanted her to use. They are so professional and reasonably priced. I had Merry Maids come and do a one time cleaning back in October and I was so disappointed with the service and what they charged was outrageous. I'm so glad to have found this company! <br />
