Brilliantly Bright Cleaning Service

The first time Heather showed up with a young man to clean up the house even though I chatted with her over the phone previously and I insisted to have two female professionals to work at my house. No offense, but it’s for religious reasons. I was shocked to see a man in front of me and I asked them to wait outside until I put on more modest clothes. She said he’s going to be here only this time, bla, bla, bla, and because I needed the service at that day I let them in and they started to work. I gave them a list about what to clean it touch in each room of the house!!!! I can tell that the young man never cleaned a house before as he did a very lousy job wherever he cleaned. The finished the job and I was surprised that Heather was asking for about $15 more than she quoted me for tax. Ok. I paid her. Later that day, I emailed a long list of areas that they missed and never even touched in the house, another areas where not adequately cleaned even though they were suppose to follow the list. She apologized and said they will do a better job next time and that they will follow the list. Next cleaning came, and only one of the cleaners showed up 40 minutes late, and Heather along with another cleaner showed up 2 hours from the time when they’re supposed to show up. When they finished, Heather asked for about $70 more than what I paid the previous time as she stated they spend more time this time! Hello, you didn’t showed up on time to split the job on 3 cleaners to finish within the planned time and now asking me to pay more. I refused to pay her a penny above what she had in the first cleaning as it was suppose to be the quote she gave me and she’d been in the house before and she knew my expectations.

They did great! Were professional and cleaned the house well.

Horrible- never use them. The owners showed up and promised a thorough cleaning that would take 6 hours. In a 3600 sqft home, they: 1. Only brought a 2 cleaners. 2. Were "done" three times in 2 hours. 3. Left bugs in the ceiling lights and didn't even both dusting. 4. Didn't clean downstairs kitchen. 5. Left cobwebs in the ceiling. 6. Didn't mop any floor or even sweep. 7. Broke off a cabinet door and blamed it on the previous owner (we had just confirmed two hours earlier that there were no broken doors in the house). 8. 4 season porch wasn't even touched. 9. None of the windows were washed 10. Except for 1 set of blinds near the front door, none of the blinds were cleaned. 11. None of the transom windows were cleaned. 12. There was still moldy grout in the master shower 13. The whirlpool bath still had build up around the jets- they were asked to thoroughly clean it. 14. The shelves in the house weren't wiped out. 15. The panels on the doors weren't wiped out. 16. There was visible dust on the stair railings. 17. The laundry machines weren't cleaned at all- the big black slime in the seals and the dispenser drawer. 18. The handles to drawers weren't cleaned 19. The light switches weren't cleaned. Again, three times they claimed to be done and I showed them where they hadn't even started. Then they came while I was unloading the moving container and just demanded their money without giving a walkthrough on the last time. When asked for a reconciliation other than coming back, they only offered a walkthrough of what they hadn't done.

The BBC team does a fantastic job. They are thorough, efficient and exceed my high standards.

It went very well, they worked fast and thoroughly and prioritized areas as I requested.

The team did a great job with attention to detail that has been hard to find in a cleaning service. I definitely recommend Brilliantly Bright Cleaning!

Good cleaning for the price

I set a time best for my schedule and they rescheduled without a phone call. I called to confirm the new time twice and didn't receive any communication at all. I waited for them to arrive and no one showed up. I will not use again because of poor service and no communication at all.

Heather did a great job- looking forward to having her again next month.

EXCEPTIONAL !! Heather, Dee and Annie are excellent! I have hired Heather and Shaun before and once again I am extremely satisfied. Heather organizes her crew and her own work with energy and perfection! They were on time, friendly, motivated and did a perfect job. Thank you !!!!!

It went fine

Purchased a Groupon for 4 Hours. Two individuals arrived an hour late than originally scheduled with 2 hours per person. The results were not on par with expectations and we would NOT recommend. 1. Furniture was moved by cleaning crew and not replaced in original location. 2. A candle (glass) was knocked off the wall and never replaced. 3. A blind was broken by the crew without notification. 4. Areas requested to be cleaned were not (window sills, kitchen sink) 5. It was evident lots of tops were not wiped down or cleaned. While only $50, we would have expected more. Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wonderful, so nice to come home to a clean house!!

I purchased a $119 offer for window cleaning last year. Shaun was scheduled to come do the work late that season (early fall) but he called to reschedule due to one of his other jobs running long. I said we could push it to early spring 2017 if that worked for him. He agreed and said he would honor the $119 offer (even though it would expire). The past 3 weeks I have emailed and called multiple times to schedule the work (I left two voicemails). I have received zero reply from Shaun or anyone else at the company and will be requesting they send me a check for $119.

When scheduling the person I spoke with asked a few questions to determine what I needed and talked to me about what to expect. It sounded like they were very flexible if I wanted certain products to be used and for how I wanted to prioritize cleaning in my house. I tidied up our belongings beforehand. On the day of the cleaning two cleaners came - they were personable and polite. Both started working right away and I was very satisfied with my sparkling clean home when they were finished! They finished everything in the time window.

I gave a range of dates when the deal was purchased last fall and was never contacted. Several attempts have been made to contact the provider of services via phone and have always received voicemail. Messages had been left and the provider is not responding. I would like many money back.

Not good. We agreed on a price and he raised it after completing job.

Fantastic. Aundrea got there early, but checked in to make sure it was ok, and she was SUPER fast while also being SUPER thorough. Really impressed. Give this woman a raise. Walk-through with my landlord revealed no issues and I'll get my full security deposit back. Thank you for taking one daunting task off my plate during a very stressful and tiring move to a new home.

Great! Amy was wonderful and did a great job! I marked them down for Responsiveness, because I called and left two voice mails, but never heard back from anyone. Then I went on their website and found that I could schedule my cleaning online, which is great, but they should tell you that in their voice mail message.

Cleaned by 4 bed, 3 bath home very well, and I am quite picky. I told Amy what my priorities were and she did an excellent job. Very professional. I would use them again. Scheduling was really quick too.

We normally use Magic Touch house cleaning services, however I saw a groupon for Brilliantly Bright Cleaning and decided to try them out. The cleaner was on time and extremely nice. However, in my opinion, Brilliantly Bright Cleaning does not have a candle to Magic Touch. Same three hour service & same price but things that Brilliantly Bright did not get done that the other cleaners did: didn't clean the entry way at all; didn't clean the down stairs toilet; didn't vacuum the furniture; didn't clean visible cobwebs; didn't clean the wood stairs; didn't clean our sliding glass door and still found dust bunnies in the corners downstairs. And I don't like how they use your cleaning equipment/supplies. HOWEVER our kitchen was beautifully clean! All and all, I will stick with Magic Touch cleaners, hands down!
