Fantastic. Jeremy showed up by the time he quoted, 830, am and began work promptly. The job turned out to be much easier than anticipated as a new line didn't need to be run, it was simply stepped down to the AMP needed for the new Water heater. He pulled the 100AMP breaker, installed the new one, tied in the line that will feed the new water heater and has it all ready for the plumber who will be at my residence shortly to install the 50 Gal Tank water heater. Jeremy was very professional and personable; We conversed while he finished he job and he left the area in better condition that it was when he arrived. I want to add that we had upgraded to a tankless water heater that was all electric a few years ago as we have no gas or propane at our residence. The gas or propane tankless water heaters may be amazing, but the electric ones are a nightmare, at least ours has been. The manufacturer of ours has made good attempts to make good on our issues but I am frankly exhausted in dealing with the thing. Jeremy's visit today along with his quick response has been a bright spot in our week. <br />

I just bought an older house and wanted the washer/dryer hook-up moved out of the basement. Jeremy Briscall came out and emailed me with a quote later that evening. He was flexible, professional, and fair. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he was patient in answering them all. I look forward to calling Jeremy again (although hopefully not too soon). :-)
