I write this almost 2- years after David and his crew replace to roof on my 20 year old roof. The whole are great people all around. Had the roof done in 2-days. No issues, no leaks use a local companies shingles, Malarkey roof Manufacturing. Know the company through their quality manager and can say they make great products and ECO- friendly. Then April 2021 we got an unexpected late heavy wet snow. Several branches from those trees broke have and damaged the roof. Who do you think I called? David at Brisco Roofing, of course! When you find a good company with great people, why go anywhere else. I won’t…ever.

The work was done well and at a good price.

Brisco roofing did a great job. They were very truthful about the condition of our roof, how much time it has left to live before replacement, and they replaced our roof ridge caps quickly and at a reasonable price. They were also friendly and punctual.

Excellent. Dave Brisco and his crew were easy to work with. They were able to start the work soon after I signed the contract. I went to their office and selected the roofing material and color. My old roof was removed and all scrap was cleaned up and removed. The new roof was installed and, again, all debris was removed. I also had three skylights replaced. I highly recommend Brisco Roofing.

Very good experience, straightforward folks and straightforward talk. They provided the services requested and did a great job. No attempts at overselling like so many other outfits who try to tell you you need more than what is truly necessary for your specific roof condition. Being an architect I knew exactly what I wanted and what was necessary and these folks delivered it. I would highly recommend them.

Brisco Roofing submitted the lowest of three separate bids to replace the roof on our home. The crew did an excellent job on the new roof. We made a cash deposit for the work, and the staff carefully explained the materials and work that would be done to replace the roof.

Brisco replaced a 20+ year old roof on my 900 square foot house in July 2017. It was one of those weeks that climbed over 95 degrees, and I was amazed at how cheerful the crew was in working in that heat. Their crew was efficient and cleaned up every last scrap of debris when they were finished. The office staff was really well organized in prepping for the estimate, selecting colors, and arranging for the deposit and start date. Definitely recommend!

I phoned Brisco Roofing at 9:00 am and they had a repairman on site to diagnose the problem within 1 hr. It was not a plumbing vent, rather a roof vent and we had more locations that were ready to spring a leak if not addressed. We spoke on the phone to discuss steps forward, since I was at work, and pricing. The leak was stopped before 11:00 same day.! They even sent the before and after photos of their work! The price was much less than I expected.

We had to start the project quite a bit later than planned because of weather. Once crew arrived they worked very hard every day and cleaned up after themselves afterwards. One day they stayed until 7pm. They let us know about some chimney issues, and worked to mitigate those. I thought the cost was in line with what other companies charge, and was much less than one company that came out. We have a very high, steep pitched roof.

It went good only problem was 12 nails left in one driveway. And 3 in the other

I thought they fixed the leak the firs time, but I was wrong. I have contacted another company that showed me pictures from the attic that shows where the leak/s are located and what they will need to do to fix it correctly.

It went very well. Dave walked and inspected the roof to begin with. Dave was prompt and the crew was prompt. They worked diligently. When I had a concern, it was handled promptly. Clean-up was very good. Neighbors have complained that when they had their roofs done there were many nails left on the ground. I found only three altogether, which I think indicated very good cleanup.

Workers are very good, but it was Dave Brisco, the owner, that was so good. He came out, did a nice job; gave us a price, stuck to the price. We had a little bit of a problem, not his fault, with the rain. So we ended up postponing the house part. He came out even while it was being done, checked on everything. Came out, looked at everything at the end.

Mostly it went fine. Some issues ... 1. They said they were going to start on one day and finish the next, so that is what we told the renter to expect. After the 2nd day, I found out that they hadn't even started yet. When I contacted them, they said they had to wait because of the weather. Weather issues are very understandable, I just wish they would have communicated with me, so that I could communicate with the renter. It's frustrating that I had to reach out to them to find out about their change of plans. They did get it done the week after. 2. When I went to pay, the bill was incorrect by 2 accounts, one of which required me returning to the property to make sure venting was done correctly. 3. Lastly, when they handed me the warrantee, at the very end, it turns out that "30yr shingles" aren't actually warranted for 30yrs. So that was annoying. If they trust the product and the workers they hire, why don't they warrantee accordingly? I know it's because they can't control the maintenance. It was just annoying to learn that what I though I was buying was not the case. They were polite through the whole process and I'm sure these issues are pretty standard, just a little frustrating.

Excellent! Communications, follow up and work performed was outstanding. Clean up was so good it was not evident any work had been done. I highly recommend them and they provide a 10 year workmanship Warranty. You cannot go wrong with this company!

Charles was very thorough in evaluating the source of the leak. Very happy overall with the work performed.

All ridge caps were replaced, work seems fine. They cleaned the roof with a moss control product and pressure washing (not sure if this is the best alternative...). The only thing is that my gutters were probably cleaned, but the downspout was still clogged and that didn't fix the problem entirely. I had to do it myself...

Of the several contractors that bid on this job, only Dave Brisco put a ladder up and walked the various roofs on the house answering my questions and describing how different aspects of the re-roof would be handled. He reviewed the venting on the house, identified a couple issues, and made some suggestions on how I could improve things that would work with the additional vents his crew would install. Brisco's bid was the most complete and competitive. The crew that did the work was friendly, efficient, and professional, and the job was complete in less than two days. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent as was the clean up. Crew safety was an apparent company priority as well. I particularly appreciate the nice re-flashing job they did on the chimney. Once the job was done, Dave came to inspect the work, once again walking all the roofs with me before delivering the final bill and warranty. This company gets my unqualified recommendation.

Excellent work - I was get updated each step of the way. There were some unexpected issues discovered during the repair. The owner, David, came promptly and looked at the issues so he could provide me with complete information. He presented me with several options and explained the pro's and con's of each options. The on-site staff cleaned up everything after the repair! I am very impressed with everyone at Brisco - office staff, on site personnel and the owner. Thank you David for your excellent services

It was a positive experience.   They were responsive, they did everything they said they would do, they got the work done in a timely manner, and they were just really efficient.
