We recently moved to our new home and had a punch list of items for our electrician, Cory, thinking it would be several trips. Cory was friendly and professional, giving us a price for everything before he began. He then proceeded to knock out our punch list, everything from hooking up our audio / visual system to installing lights two stories up in the air.

He did a good job.

We use Coolray/BriteBox for electric, heating/ac, and plumbing - with an annual maintenance agreement for each. Excellent service and quick response from all of them.

Electrician identified then installed the charger in a location where the cord would reach my car. He the completed the cable run back to the distribution panel in a cosmetically appealing way. Excellent job.

Christopher McIntyre was professional, on time, and did a great job with the installation. He went the extra mile and was able to sync my Apple iPhone with my TV, which was amazing.

I called Britebox out due to an electrical issue and found that a breaker needed to replaced. They replaced the breaker incorrectly (using the wrong part). I found out that this was the wrong part when we had further electrical issues causing an appliance motor to burn out, meaning the whole appliance had to replaced. I called Britebox again but they quoted me $10,000 and claimed the whole panel needed to be replaced (the same panel their own electrician had looked at a few months before). I called out another electrician who told me the panel was brand new and should not be touched but that the breaker that Britebox had installed was the wrong one and had caused the new issue. Have called Britebox 7 times to try and speak to someone about this and been told someone would call me back again and again to no avail. My most recent communication ended with them hanging up on me after I waited on hold for 15 minutes.

Mr. Hao was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and detail-oriented! After performing his extensive trouble-shoot, he explained EVERYTHING needed to be done; then, WHAT repairs he performed... complete with pictures he emailed me forthwith!

Three light fixtures installed to existing wiring, less than an hour to survey work, perform task, and do paperwork...$387...Really surprised my elderly parents and me...Just found out through this experience, they have taken over the electrical for Ragsdale Heating and Air, liked it better when Ragsdale did their own electrical...So buyer beware when dealing with this company.

Lebarious came out to give us an estimate for the job. He got the job after agreeing to match the estimate of another provider. He was both professional and personable as well as really thorough with his work. He had to stay long after the install to address one of the breakers that was kept tripping. We will definitely hire him (Britebox Electrical Services) should we need any electrical and/or a plumbing work done in the future..

I couldn’t have been more satisfied. From the time I went online to book an appointment to the visit from the electrician, every step surpassed my expectation. Even the price was fair, which I expected to be higher because of the size of the company.

Fine. Took two technicians (one working in attic area and one in bedroom) to resolve issue. Done very efficiently and professionally.

Job went great. An evaluation was completed and tech explained what the problem was and the price it take to correct the issue. When price was agreed on he went right to work. I'm very pleased with the results and confident that the issue is resolved. He said to call them anytime if I have an issue with this job.
