Excellent service and reliable

Everything went very well from start to finish. From the first measuring visit to the final installation today. I contacted Britex after meeting with an uninterested and seemingly entitled contractor who acted like he was doing me a favor taking on my work. After meeting with Manuel from Britex I didn't interview another contractor as I felt that his presentation was clear, concise and to the point. He actually listened to what I wanted and made suggestions on improvements that would work in my favor. The actual physical execution of installing the carpet and pad went flawlessly. A great experience and to top it all off a great value!

Terrific! I have beautiful tile in my bathroom, and vintage-looking hardwood in the laundry room. The team of Leo and Manuel at Britex are hardworking, honest, punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and modest people. They spared no attention to detail and completed the work in well-paced, non-rushed manner. I would hire them again!

The price was reasonable, the workers were very courteous and did a nice job. They were careful moving my furniture and cleaned up all the carpet fibers. I would call on Britex again.
