He came out and was able to find our leak in 5 minutes! I had previously checked with red food coloring in the areas he checked, but the leaks were so light, it was hard to detect with a drops of food coloring. <br /> Even though he found the two leaks and patched them, he also checked thoroughly around the rest of the pool to make sure there were no other leaks. He was very positive and pleasant to work with, and also told me a few other things about my pool pump and area (it's a new house and we're still learning). In this particular case, he did not need to dive into the pool to search for the leak, but he mentioned he was prepared to do so if he had been unable to find it along the edge of the pool. <br /> Finally, he also offered 60 days free return if the leak is still occurring. Overall we were very pleased with BRN Services and believe the price was worth the service. <br />

We have an all tile in ground spa.  We had it re-grouted a year ago and it had not leaked since then,  but started losing a lot of water each day.  I called BRN Services Inc.in the morning.  They were going to a job in our area and said they would stop to look at it on the way.  It turned out we had actually used them before quite a few years ago.  They were at our house within the hour and found the leak and repaired it.  So far it hasn't leaked since then.  They only wanted $20 for the job but I gave them a bit more.  Billie Nunn was so responsive and helpful.  He also gave me the name of someone we could call to re-grout the spa again.  Unfortunately the person we found on Angie's list did a terrible job, he was supposed to have fixed the area that started leaking and obviously did not complete the job properly.  I will be sure to keep BRN Services Inc. card for future repairs! <br />

I had to add water to my in ground swimming pool daily and I knew there was a leak somewhere. I called BRN Services in Apopka, FL, who was referred to me by Blue Horizon Pools.  Billy Nunn, owner of BRN Services, returned my call and agreed to come out the first of the week since it was near the weekend. I also kept close tabs on the water level and the pool still was leaking water--still about 1 inch daily.  Billy and wife came out this morning and he spent about 1 1/2 hours pressure testing and dye testing all the pipes, outlets, skimmer, then he donned a wet suit and dove down and tested the main drain. Everything tested fine except there was a broken skimmer which needs to be replaced. He could not get the cover off the underwater pool light and offered to come back when Blue Horizons is here to replace the broken skimmer. He is going to ask them to get the light cover off so that he can test that too, to see if there is a second leak.  He gives a 60 day warranty on his work. He is very thorough and it is good to know Billy  can find the problem in a short time and Blue Horizons Pool Co. can fix it.  This has been a very upsetting experience but it is good to know Billy Nunn and wife are around to find that leak in a short time so that it can be repaired! I highly recommend this company. Great people to have work for you. <br />

Great service, wonderful value (paying $200 for the service call & fix is going to help us save over $500/mo on water bills.  Billie was business like, professional, and told me what he was doing each step of the way.  Billie was responsive- we called & he returned back within a couple of hours.  He set up the appointment for the next day and arrived on time.  He charged exactly what he quoted, and fixed the problem.  We have a 60 day warranty on this repair, and I know he will honor it if anything happens.  Billie was wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend him for any future pool service. <br /> <br />
