Nick picked up my rugs and took them to his shop. I should take about a week for them to be cleaned and then returned. I trust the rugs will be clean and look good upon their return. Thanks !!!!!

My carpet looks amazing! Like new again! Puppies and carpets do not go well and finding a steam cleaner was so expensive. I will be using this service on a reoccurring basis.

I am beyond happy. Nikolas was friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. Our rug had been hit by our male cat several times, was cleaned by others first, who did not treat for the urine. He hit it again almost immediately so I tried several products on my own which only added to the problem. So I began a new search for help. They listened to my saga and said they could fix it and they did. My rug is clean and fresh. Nikolas showed us a video of the process which was interesting to see. There was a lot of detergent that came out. I will not hesitate to call him again when the rugs need cleaning. He was exemplary and reasonable in his pricing.

Went really great the guy that came by was extremely knowledgeable, we have dogs and he was able to get all of their trail marks out of the carpet. We also had him deodorize and sanitized our entire house which left a great smell. We will definitely be using him again, the vent cleaning also has helped with our allergies and they were very affordable which is always great!

We just had a new baby and hired Brock’s carpet care to clean our carpets, couches, and ducts and we were super impressed! We have dogs and when he was done you couldn’t even tell! I highly recommend this company!!!!

I had not cleaned my carpets in a very long time, and I’ll be honest I was not convinced it wouldn’t be better to just replace them. But, I decided to give Brock’s carpet care a try and they really gave my carpets a new life! They look amazing and Nik was so nice and professional about everything! Would definitely use them again!
