Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were professional and friendly. They worked long hours to get the work done. Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. Dave let us know about any issues with the bare roof. The new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were superb. They worked long, non-stop days and did excellent work (.my dad was a contractor). They removed old siding, a backer used for the siding, and then the cedar shakes we had. They replaced any bad wood underneath. Then, they put new, better, thicker (waterproof) backing up, sealed the backing edges with tape; and put up the new siding. Took them 2+ weeks. They cleaned up multiple times. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave is an old fashion business man in this modern era. He kept his word at all times and kept his promises. He was working in Boston and away from home but he found the time to keep in touch and promised to help with our pretty much smaller job. We as seniors admire work ethic and integrity as so refreshing in a young person. His work was done as he stated and in a professional manner. Having contacted many businesses to help Dave actually showed up and performed. Awesome job and a man of his word. Thank you for everything. Price was another plus. Stellar job!

Very professional. I was updated at each phase with pictures, when I was outside he explained what steps they were on and the progress of the job. They cleaned up very throughly after they were done. The only thing left behind was a nice new roof. I would definitely use them again.

Dave and his team did an excellent job. Dave is casual but professional and legitimately likes the work he does and takes pride in it. His pricing was competitive--even slightly better than some of the other companies I quoted. In fact, when he discovered one area didn't need a plywood base, he deducted the cost from the original quote (not sure every roofer would have been that honest). They kept our lawn squeaky clean throughout the process as well. We would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Dave based on his amazing reviews on Angie's List and he did not disappoint. After some strong windstorms a couple months back, I was finding some shingle pieces on my lawn. I became concerned as my roof is now 20 years old and called a couple roofers. I initially left Dave a voice mail and he called me back promptly and arranged a time to come out. A roofer from another company that I called randomly showed up at my house a half hour before Dave. That gentleman did not get on my roof and quickly wrote me up a quote for full roof replacement for 17k. Dave arrived son thereafter and immediately said "you don't need a new roof." He took out his ladder and actually did an inspection of my roof. He suggested that he replace some shingles that needed replacement and wrote me up a quote for $350. He promised to come back in a couple weeks to do the work. As promised, he texted me in a couple weeks and arrived at the scheduled day and time. You can't even tell the crew had been here after they left. First of all the shingles were a perfect match to my existing 20 year old shingles and secondly there wasn't a speck of debris left behind. Dave called me outside to chat afterwards and then only charged me $300. I highly recommend using Dave and his crew for your roof. He is the kind of guy that you hope to be able to hire for every trade. Honest, reliable and does a great job. Thank you Dave!

Here's my story. I built most of my home and roofed or reroofed it over the last 30 years. It was time to the entire house once more. I've reached the point where I had no interest in hauling shingles up a ladder on my "free" time. Enter Angieslist. I contacted some 8 roofers or roofing companies with reviews with "A" ratings. Yes I read the reviews. Some sent sales people to sell me on the materials. Some came to look it over. Few actually measured. Dave calls and says he can stop by a Sunday. Perfect. He's the only guy who actually goes up on my roof. I asked all the others. Not one felt the need to. Hmmm. I want to show them my problem areas. I did tell them I built a large part of my house. Nope they'll spitball it. I'm pretty picky about the work I have done. [Engineer by trade]. I also want the guy I talking with to be on site while the work is done. Sending me a salesman is not what I want. I don't care about warranties. Like I'm going to get into a lawsuit with GAF. Use quality, name brand materials and I'm good. I also don't need some college kid or other on my home. So long story short I hire Dave. He does everything and more. On time. Professional. Cleans up every day. I liked him so much that some siding needed replacement and he came back and did that between other jobs. My only gripe is that he's so popular [with good reason] that I had to wait a couple months. Wish he installed driveways...

I recommend to hire David for all your roofing and window needs because David pays attention to detail and is very efficient. Dave and helper arrived at 9:00 am and took out the old window (I broke one of the small old ones because it landed on my finger) and replaced the picture window, two small windows next to the picture. Dave replaced the inside trimming and insulated underneath the windows. In addition, Dave replaced my roof one year ago and the roof is great. Thank you, Dave.

Dave gave me a good quote. He and his crew came by in the morning on time! He had both old layers of the roof stripped off and a new roof put on by the end of the day. No mess in sight, completely professional in every way. Great communication via, phone email and text message. From the quote all the way to the payment this was a great experience. I am very happy with his work. I will definitely recommend Dave and hire him again for all of my home improvement projects. This guy and his crew take pride in their work and delivery.

The estimate & follow through to the start of the job was honest, fair price & fast. In fact, we were told we did not need to replace The front half of the roof! We also had some water damage in the sun roof which they easily fixed. The crew was professional, courteous and responsive to our adjustments. Clean up was superb! We highly recommend Brodowski.

This people were prompt and professional they even removed my hot water solar panels to replace wood under them and resealed the pipe fittings, removed my cupola redid the roof on it and reset it. I would recommend them.

Dave was the best, was receptive to our contact, came out and handled the situation fast and efficiently. One of the best responses and services in the repair game.

From the estimation process through completion of the project, Dave was professional, courteous and extremely responsive. He fully explained the work that needed to be done to complete the project, explained various options and answered all our questions. Dave also was very helpful and responsive to our additional questions between the date of hire through completion of the project. He even followed up with us after project was completed to make sure we had no other questions or concerns. The crew that worked with Dave on the project were also very profession, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on schedule and completed the job on time. They also left our yard cleaner than what is was before they arrived. Dave and crew did exactly what they said was going to be done and more. We are completely satisfied with final product and would hire him again and will recommend him to our friends, neighbors an coworkers.

David and his crew showed up at my residence around 7:30 and finished up around 4:30.

We couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Dave Brodowski and his crew when we needed a new roof. From start to finish Dave was professional in every way. He always showed up when he said he would, and returned every call. Before giving a quote, he actually got on the roof (reps from other companies didn't) to give it a thorough check. He was honest to the point of telling us we could probably get a couple more years out of the roof. He kept in touch with us before the project began and during it, even texting pictures of the progress. His crew was friendly, and at the end of the job they didn't really leave a trace that they were ever here (other than a great looking roof). Compared to other estimates, Dave's price was more than fair. I will be recommending Dave Brodowski to any friends or family members that need a roof. I wish there were more contractors that had the professionalism this company has.

Well to begin, Dave was extremely patient with us as we couldn't decide on the color of the single for our home. His crew arrived promptly and was meticulous in terms of the installation of our roof as well as the clean up. I was personally concerned about the clean up as i take pride in my yard in terms of the lawn and flowers, especially along the sides of the house. With two layers of shingles's n rough winters, we developed a few leaks and were worried about the sub-structure. Dave quickly diagnosed the exterior and determined we only needed ½ the roof redone. How rare & great is that! Kudos to Dave & crew. Additionally, the interior beams only needed a small amount of attention. When they completed the work all materials were removed. We even gave him a hard time about not touching a flowering vine, that is maturing right on the effected area. All was well! Many thanks to you.

They did a fabulous job! Dave was great to work with, enjoyed conversing with him, a total professional. Estimate / price quote - Dave made an appointment to inspect (inside & out) and listens to customer input, on history of the house. He makes time for his future customers and is flexible, (including weekends). Although, we were taking estimates from other contractors, Dave Brodowski was our choice. Price was a major factor , other contractors presented ridiculous quotes for the job, Dave did for us. He won't sell you anything you don't need or say something needs repair/ replacement just to make more money. His online write-ups contributed to the decision to hire. One must face facts, now a days, labor, supplies are not inexpensive. Dave keeps the estimate given and pulls no surprises, if problems are discovered after estimate & during the work phase, he let's you know why the item(s) need replacement, he has a very strong business ethic of honesty & doing the job right the first time. Project time & start date- On time & accurate, (roofing is determined by weather & time of year) Dave contacted us, stating he had time between jobs and asked if we would not mind changing our start date even sooner, we were able to oblige. The job was done under excellent weather conditions & completed on time, the end result. . . . fabulous. His work crew, a group of dedicated workers, whom you will NEVER find, slacking off on the job, taking excessive breaks or not showing up at all. This is a plus when it comes to time sensitive projects. Clean-up- A phase of the job that often gets done sloppy or is neglected. Dave's crew works as **** ** clean up as well as the project, they leave your yard as clean as when they arrived. This experience was a positive one, very reasonable to work with, reasonably priced, performed ahead of scheduled date, on time work completed and an exceptional clean up effort. I highly recommend Dave to anyone needing work done, I definitely would hire him again for other future projects. Thanks again, Dave.

Call Dave. He’s fair, honest, and communicates really well - always took his time to answer our questions, and never made you feel like you were imposing on him (you know that feeling of being rushed because you don’t understand a contractor’s work like they do? We never got that with Dave.) The job: $9400 for a new roof for our 3-story house (main roof, 3 small porch roofs, and skirt roofs). This was comparable to other contractors using the same roofing products. We started looking for roofers in the fall of 2016; Dave was booked for the season, although he did give us a quote. Dave was the only company who wasn’t charging way above market and who also would reliably return our calls, and this despite the fact he knew he couldn’t do our roof and knew we were still looking to get the job done before he was available. He gave us advice and recommended another roofer. When this roofer didn’t work out either, Dave still stayed in touch, and when we couldn’t find a roofer by the end of the fall, said he could do it in the spring. He even came by to do a temporary patch for a minor roof leak, no charge. When it came time to schedule in the spring, he didn’t raise the original price. The work was started when scheduled, he was prompt about getting us proof of insurance, and the work was completed quickly, within 4 days of starting. He put extra waterguard on with no extra charge when he’d gotten the old roof off and decided it was prudent to go further up the roof than planned, nor did he charge extra when he discovered our old roof had more layers to take off than anticipated. No damage to the lawn/garden, very thorough clean-up job, and he came by after the job was over to do a walk around the house to make sure we understood the work. We’ll definitely call him next time (he does siding and general home improvements, too).

I was impressed from the first time I met Dave until I gave him the money for an excellent job well done. I have never dealt with a more professional contractor than Dave. I wish all contractors were as straight forward, and explained what they were going to do as Dave did. I would also like to say how hard working, and professional Dave's crew is also. A great bunch of guy's.
