They replaced and enlarged our driveway also added a walkway with door pad. Todd Brogan, the owner, was in communicationwith us by phone, email, text, and personally on site every day of the project. Excellent communication through out. He and is office staff were always there for us as well. They were upfront with expenses, processes, team member duties, and paperwork. All details and promises kept, work completed in a timely manner. We would definitely use them again. This is a great company to work with. Todd and his team are experts in this business. I contacted Brogan Concrete for home project to demo a wooden deck and install a concrete patio. Within 24 hours Todd Brogan called and we set up a day for him to come review the project site and provide an estimate. After the site survey, and listening to my wants, needs and concerns he provided an estimate within 24 hours. Brogan Concrete also did all the permitting with the city. Their estimate was very competitive with other estimates I had to for the job. Within a week of completing the permits the job was started and completed within a week. The Brogan crew were very professional and patient answering all my questions and concerns. Todd also kept me informed every step of the way. Gerald was extremely patient making sure all my questions and concerns about the layout were answered to my satisfaction. Overall I was very pleased with the professionalism and care the Brogan crew displayed. I would highly recommend them.

Very prompt customer service. I called for a quote and the owner arrived 20 mins later! Very communicative and patient when I called several times with questions. Superb service. Very good quality job. Absolutely zero issues with passing city inspections. And the secretary helped with the survey mock up for the permitting dept. And the owner Todd, is very friendly and neighborly! Highly recommend!

The crew did an ok job on patio except for the low spot where water will puddle on front patio. the side of back patio could be a little nicer looking if more effort was put into it. There are several bumps/waves in concrete formed by bull float. We are ok with it though otherwise. We sent them payment and we received no acknowledgment of receiving it or even to thank you for hiring their services. May times have changed .

Brogan Concrete did an excellent job in removing my old cracked concrete pad, formed and prepared the ground for the new patio, and poured and finished the new patio as specified. The entire team at Brogan Concrete Services were extremely professional, upfront about everything during the life of the project and delivered a gorgeous driveway in just one week. Details are the name of the game with this company. They went through all of our options, followed our permit to a T and assisted in the removal and mounting of our gate, which lands halfway through the newly constructed driveway. Bonus, Can has a really sweet dog that goes everywhere with him, helping oversee all of the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to add a driveway or replace an existing one.

Brogan Concrete completed a 26-yard driveway and sidewalk for me. I initially found them on Better Business Bureau. I am glad I did. From my first email for information to the completed work I have been happy with their service. Todd went to my house to put feet on the ground and give me an estimate, unlike other companies which use google satellite. I received the quote with very specific details. I was able to work with Brogan Concrete to get my project just the way I wanted it. The wonderful powers to be at “the County” (sarcasm) gave me some trouble with my other driveway (gravel) and demanded a permit, which I think is absurd in Rural Seminole County. None the less, Megan fought the County for me and was able to get my permits for, now, both driveways. The point being, this is how helpful they are at Brogan Concrete. The company stayed in constant contact with me along the way. The laborers that showed up were polite and did quality work. I am a picky and very particular person; for Brogan Concrete to have made me happy, they can surely make anyone happy. I highly recommend Brogan Concrete and encourage you to call them directly to get an estimate. You will be happy you did.

Todd was very professional, attention to detail and paid close attention to our particular requests. He walked the site multiply times and was very familiar with our requirements. On the day of the concrete pour he was present and instructing the team on the specifics of the job. The team leader, Jared, led the team through all the challenges and made the final concrete look fantastic! Tim was instrumental in shaping the grounds with his skid-loader and providing dirt for low areas. In the end Todd provided more concrete that was estimated to get the project well done.
