My technician Alex Thomas completely saved my account with BAHP. Originally, I had been incredibly displeased with the company because of their customer service, or lack thereof. Depending on how my appointment went, I had already decided to cancel my account with BAHP and was in the process of looking for a new company. However, when my appointment finally went through, I was able to work with Alex, and he completely changed my mind about the company. He was not only quick, skilled, and thorough, but also friendly and respectful; he even loved on my dog! He’s also incredibly knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of air-conditioning and made it easy for me to understand the processes without being patronizing. I cannot recommend him enough and because of his service, I can also recommend the company. Miles figured out the problem right away and was able to resolve it quickly. Since he was here already he went ahead and completed the semiannual maintenance that was due so I don’t have to schedule a second visit. Always a great experience working with the folks at Brothers, whether it’s HVAC or plumbing.

It is the first time a call for service and I have to wait two days for the technician come over, after a lot of calls and bad costumer service except for one person who finally send somebody just for know what is the problem. At the moment I ?m still waiting for solve the problem. The important is the system was installed in December 2025, 3 months late I have to call for service on that.

Andrew Odonez wasn't able to fix the problem today but he ordered the part and will return in about a week's time when the part comes in to finish the repair. He was very professional and explained fully what was required to finish the repair.

Both the office & the worker kept me informed about what was going on at all times, and they were very helpful in explaining things to me along the way, as he worked to fix the problem.

Brothers installed my Rheem system in 2023. In freezing weather, my heat partially failed (downstairs only, upstairs no airflow). I had a confirmed service appointment and then received an after-hours reschedule, pushing me out to January 2026. I had to hire another HVAC company last-minute on a Saturday to restore heat upstairs temporarily and confirm the repair needed. I?m asking Brothers to respond to my BBB/state complaint and reimburse the emergency service cost I paid because they did not honor the scheduled appointment on a Friday (12/13/25) that I arranged to be home for (during work hours). Apparently, heat is optional when it?s inconvenient.

Explained my issue to Austin Gas bill was almost double every month for all of 2025 as compared to the same months in 2024. The issue started soon after the tankless water heater was installed. To trouble shoot the potential gas issue, called Piedmont gas. William from Piedmont came out and tested ever appliance for stability and gas leaks. Nothing found. When checking the tankless water heater he found within seconds the water heater was running and no one in the house was using any water much less hot water. He said “That’s your problem. It’s running all the time causing your gas bill to go high“. Explained all this to Austin O’’Neal and he agreed. Made an adjustment and left. Even left me a video of what to do if I want to change it myself What GREAT. Customer service!! Who does that anymore??!! Thanks Austin

This was a maintenance and filter install service. A thorough inspection was conducted and the filter replaced. Andres was friendly and patient. He took the time to explain how my system works and helped me locate the internal duct since I've not been in this house long. I hope he can remain my service tech.

I bought a brand new heating and a c unit from brothers and I have had two things wrong since. This unit was just installed 3 weeks ago and they have had to come out twice since then. Once for incorrect install and now again for a broken compressor. This does not inspire confidence in their work and the longevity of the unit One would think after paying thousands of dollars to replace a unit from 1997, that only had two work calls in. 8 years that, that you would be good for at least a year, but no. Not only was the install bad but when I called to get my second service I was given an appointment and then called by someone saying they were not coming. The service lady was rude and was not helpful and only found another service guy after I complained that I just bought this unit and how much I spent, not something I like to do. I typically don't write reviews but I am not happy and am very disappointed and concerned that this unit is not going to last.

Do not stop..run as fast as possible.. strike 8..and it's on me now...Brothers has exactly zero technicians who can trouble.shoot and fix a problem....12 years and $26,000 later..it's finally caught up..they are the absolute worst HVAC company in the Charlotte area..do not trust them with anything...I promise you..don't do it
