They quoted me a price which was great. They were slow to get started. Couldn't tell me an exact date/time they'd be here, but did say in the next day or two...however it took 4 days before they actually showed up to do the work. Not a huge deal but not a confidence builder, either. They took only 5 hours to "complete" the job and I handing over the check, and they left. They did a very good job of clean up and were all very nice in person. I went up to do a look over (admittedly, I should have done that while they were here, but I was working and was pressed for time), and found a small spot they missed on the downward corner of where the peaked roof meets the flat roof, and there is an opening. It's large enough for me to fit 2 fingers into and it's obvious water can/will get into it. Because of this, I do not consider the job to be complete...there's a hole in the roofing that water can easily get into. I promptly contacted Joe who didn't believe me, until i sent him pics. He said he would definitely get it fixed because he saw it was definitely an issue but that a few days would be fine. He was surprised his guys missed it. That was on 11/27, they day they were paid and left. It's now 12/28 and he's told me at least 5 times that they'll be here in the next couple of days to complete it and never do. On 12/23, he basically told me to leave him alone. He did the job for cheap and they're really busy and they'll get to it, when they get to it. It will literally take maybe 20 minutes to finish and it's been almost a full month with nothing but empty promises. They never actually completed the job and now appear to have no intentions of doing so. I'm very unsatisfied with their attitude and lack of concern for a job they didn't do properly/complete.

"there's always that one customer that you can never seem to satisfy this is that customer when I'm at what the customer it was getting close to the holiday season customer told me he couldn't afford a new roof as he could only had a $2,000 budget I felt bad for the customer and put him on a roof anyway for the $2,000 a roof that would normally cost 10 to $12,000 I bent over backwards for this customer The customer did contact me about a low priority problem which I deemed low priority we've been putting on roofs for 20 years deeming me an expert on flat roofs I told the customer we would get to it as soon as possible however customer has been pushy and has contacted me multiple times for this low priority problem we are very busy business we provide customers with excellent customer service and extremely good prices I have one crew of four guys I explained to the customer how busy we were and how low priority his problem was and that it would be handled and it will be this customer is completely unprofessional and ungrateful for the great deal that he got he would have not got it anywhere else and nobody would have did his roof for $2,000 a TPo roof at that The customer poorly rated my business I feel the customer is undeserving of the deal he got and I would not do business with him again either I will fix his issue because we stand by the work we provide to our customers and strive to provide excellent customer service at exceptional prices I'm regretful this customer had this problem in the first place and will fix it Even though the customer has been unprofessional and poorly rated my business and is quite unpatient for a low priority problem"

The whole team was very professional and polite. They started and finished on schedule. They cleaned up when done. They came with one purpose. To leave me with a great looking Roof! I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent. Nice folks. Worked with professionalism. Treated me with respect and completed their tasks despite the foul weather. They even fixed some non related problems that I had on the house.I intend to hire Brothers Quality Roofing for a future project.. B&C Pizza. Yummy.

High quality work but lacking in clean up. My appliances were covered in glue that's my only complain. They did not tell me I should cover these things up.
