She has been cleaning for me for over 12 yrs. She is reliable trustworthy and willing to do whatever I need done. I have basic needs and she sticks to the schedule. She meets all my general cleaning needs.

Maria was recommended to us by my mother-in-law, who has employed her on a biweekly basis for over a decade, and she has been such an enormous help. Our house looks and smells so clean when she's done, and that's saying something with my two very busy kids! Maria is very professional and flexible in her scheduling, but also very friendly and she feels like family now. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my house.

We have a 1 story 4 bedroom house. They did such a excellent job. We were so amazed how clean it looked. From the moment we reached out to them it was as if they were running a huge business. I spoke with Jimmy who is their younger son. He was very friendly and understood everything we needed done. They told me they would come out that same date for the estimate. I met his mom who is the one who cleans the houses. She was such an amazing person. Although she isn't professional in speaking English she speaks it quite well and understands what we need cleaned. She is very professional. She and her husband Juan came and Cleaned our house on Saturday. All I can say is, as funny as it may sound, even I haven't had my house that clean since we moved in. From the looks of it this is a small family business which obviously can be more reasonable with pricing. My last cleaning provider was good and all but what I didn't like from them was if I noticed they didn't clean something well they would charge me extra to come back and correct it. Maria told me if I wasn't happy she would gladly come back and correct it without a problem. Even though like she told she would double check her work which is something you wanna hear. To me personally I like that kind of business. I currently continue to use them as my cleaning providers they are amazing and I have recommended them to my friends as well and even they have been amazed by the job they have done.

They were on time and very friendly. We feel it was a fair price for the work they did.

They have done an excellent job. No matter what I need them to do they do it. I request odd jobs from time to time like cleaning under the kitchen sink and they always take care of it. I also have about five closets in the house and own a ton of shoes. They cleaned them up and organized them for me. I have never had a problem with them and wanted everyone to know how great they are to work with.

This was the first company I have used as a new member to Angie's list and it was a serious disappointment. Brothers have an 'A' rating and were one of the few companies prepared to come out on a Sunday (the day before the moving truck arrived). I got a quote for $170 although in Maria's defense she did say that it was difficult to estimate without seeing the house. On arriving at the house the day of the cleaning, she revised it to $275. It was quite an increase, especially as I had no other option at that point, but I still considered it a fair price for the job. Four people showed up to do the work and although a pretty good job was done on the windows (inside) and the floors, the kitchen and bathrooms were not even close to satisfactory. Most drawers were not even wiped down, and others were just cursorily wiped. There were sticky patches on the surfaces and inside drawers and appliances. When I called Maria after they had gone to let her know that many drawers had not been cleaned, to her credit she came right back. However, she came armed with a spritz bottle and paper towels. That I think underlined the problem; we have a fundamental difference of opinion on what constitutes "cleaning" and "clean". There is no question of a communication issue as I speak perfect Spanish. The next day in daylight (the day all our belongings were being moved in) it was even worse that I thought previously. There were greasy and sticky patches, dust b****, old papers and baby bottles in and behind drawers and under appliances. On moving the fridge (which was something I specifically requested in the cleaning) I found mouse droppings and more grease and thick dust. It was disgusting and I took photos as a record. So, having rushed to arrange a cleaning service and after paying for the work, I found myself spending the first 3 days in my new home cleaning the kitchen and, because I had no confidence in the quality of the work by Brothers, the bathrooms and rest of the house. This at a time when I should have been unpacking our belongings into a clean house and starting the process of settling us in. The experience was very demoralizing as, being new to the area, I thought that at least I could rely on the recommendations of a service such as Angie's to help me filter through the various services I need. The quality of the service I received was a disgrace and I am disappointed in my experience with Angie's List.

I called Brothers Service for a deep house cleaning that would continue on monthly basis instead of just a one-time deep house cleaning based on feedback from Angie's List. I called the day before to confirm the set time we had agreed upon and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't give me a set time, just that it would be sometime in the morning maybe afternoon. They were only at the house for 2 hours at the most, didn't perform all the services I requested, charged me $10 more than the estimate, left fingerprints all over the tables, never cleaned the stovetop and never dusted the pictures or windows. It seemed that they just didn't finish any of the house cleaning services that they started. I would definitely not say this was deep house cleaning nor a good house cleaning. While the price was perfect, the service was not so good. I guess you get what you pay for. In the end, I would have rather paid an extra $50 than I paid them to receive much better service.

After contacting them via Angie's list, Juan gave me a call back to provide an estimate and schedule a time for cleaning. Maria and Juan were prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning our condo. They were able to work around our dog (who likes to attack the vacuum cleaner) and insisted that we not put him in his crate for their sake. When he got home that evening, my boyfriend was so thrilled with how clean everything was - they had even removed stains from our blinds which we thought were permanent! Maria and Juan came back to do a second monthly cleaning and did just as spectacular a job as the first time. I highly recommend Brothers Service!

I called on a Monday afternoon, received a call back immediately. I needed a crew there at 7:30 AM on Tuesday morning and they needed to be done by 10:30 AM. My request was accomodated, two workers polite and accomodating, showed up on time, completed the job to my picky tenant's satisfaction. I don't use them regularly but am very pleased to have found such a great and personable small business through Angie's List.

I have had Maria come twice now to clean my apartment and she does a wonderful job. She has no problem accomodating my schedule and needs and always shows up exactly when she says she will. I have been very pleased with her services and have already recommended her to a friend.

This is a family business; 2 people came to clean the house and were here about 4 hours (a third person also came over and worked for part of the time). This was our first professional housecleaning since we moved in last year, and Brothers did an outstanding, detail-oriented job of top-to-bottom housecleaning. The price, when divided by 2 (or 2.5) people for over four hours, is very reasonable! (They also told us that the price for scheduled follow-on cleanings drops from $125 to $90.) We plan to keep calling Brothers for regular housecleanings, based on their work (and terrific, cheerful attitude).

Maria and her husband came out to meet me and check out exactly what I wanted done. This was great. We went over everything at that time. In 2 days at 9:00 am they came out and did a great job. My house had lots of dust from construction in the area which when they were finished not a speck of dust or spiderwebs. They smile and are quite pleasant couple. The bathroom and kitchen area was spotless. Beds change and trash removed. They bring everything that is needed to complete the job which sometimes can be a disaster. Whatever they used had quite a nice smell. I have a glass top stove which sometimes has hard to remove grease. To my surprise it is all gone without any damage to the surface. It is called Brothers Services because the sons help with all of the appointments. This is truly a great family run company. If you try Brother Services you will not be at all disappointed.

Maria has cleaned our home for several years. She arrives on time, and cleans our house to our satisfaction. We are comfortable having her in our home.

I sent them a note in Sept. '07 on one of the bills wanting to know when they cut the grass in June. I could not account for 3 other dates and I was asking them to talk with me about it and they never responded. I did pay them what they billed me even though the grass had not been cut. The price listed is per visit.
