For small projects, simply send me your to-do list—whether it’s drywall repair (including mold remediation), interior doors and trim, shelving, light fixtures, furniture assembly, or fixing anything that’s broken. Get up to 4 hours of professional handyman service for just $350! If you’ve got a longer list or a larger project, no problem! I’m happy to provide a custom quote. I hired this pro out of five pros recommended to me by Angi. Angelo John was timely, very efficient, communicated clearly, listened very well, explained his intended work output in detail, planned execution accurately especially since the job took four days to complete, and was professionally competent in executing different aspects of the job which required different competences. He worked alone and completed entire job on time and utilizing his own handyman skills. I would hire him again in the future.

I needed a drywall repair asap. I reached out to a few places and this place responded fast and had the best prices! I didn't have to wait for the job to be done either, he was able to fix the drywall hole & mount my tv the next morning. He was honest, knew what he was doing and polite. "This review is not true. I am always upfront with my customers. Before starting, I explained her drywall was damaged, popcorn would not match her painted ceiling, and painting would be extra. She insisted on the cheaper patch only. The area she claims I “left” was where the ceiling was too damaged for texture to stick—exactly what I warned her. After paying for the work, she filed a chargeback to avoid paying for labor and materials. That is dishonest."

This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Angelo is efficient and gets the job done very quickly, and he takes great care with your home protecting it from dust & debris.

Angelo was hired to repair/replace drywall damage from a re-piping. His skills and service are truly impeccable, went above and beyond to help me put my house back together and the job is so well done you can't tell the walls and ceiling were patched. Angelo is also a very honest and genuine person, I would hire him again and intend to have him do some work on my mother's house.

I found Angelo on Angi's list and I searched for reviews on Google. I’m always hesitant about hiring people for handyman work because I worry about getting ripped off. But Angelo put my mind at ease by being upfront and detailed about what he would do, how long it would take, and the cost. His pricing seemed fair, so I decided to hire him. He fixed a sticking door, repaired drywall, secured a loose closet rack, and installed a light fixture. He came fully prepared with all the necessary tools, worked neatly, and everything turned out great. I’ll definitely hire him again!

Angelo did a great job creating two new attic access holes in my house. He was clean and courteous and talked me through any adjustment that needed to be done to the original plan and asked for my approval for changes. Price was also very reasonable and the quality of work was great too. I recommend him!
