Our heat pump was making some strange sounds and we called and had an appointment right away! Isaiah was prompt, courteous and professional! He gave us a couple of options to help us with our heat pump issue. We opted to replace the heat pump and furnace and have peace of mind for the next 10 years. During install, Isaiah, Joseph and Michael all did a great job, they all were very professional and would definitely recommend them!!

We switched Top Flight for our geothermal maintenance service in 2022, and selected their recurring membership and payment program. We are pleased with their proactive follow up, scheduling, and appointment coordination process.
