I have worked with Michael Godfrey, the owner of Brunson & Co, for approximately 7 years now. He does a great job managing properties and works well with contractors when the rentals need updates and fixes. He's pretty hands-on and understands how important it is to have the rental income coming in on a consistent basis for the owners of the properties. He does a great job when troubles arise from tenants and his fees are pretty reasonable considering he takes care of it all.

it went great. They were on time, price right...work was done perfect the first time around. the guy cleaned up his tools and left everything as he found it. Mr Godfrey even called me to make sure all was to my satisfaction. I could not have asked for better service.

Bronson Management Company, owned by Michael Godfrey, has helped me make informed, logical & educated decisions on the care and upgrade of my property. He has taken the stress out of a very stressful situation, as I am the owner of an out of state rental. Michael has in, 2 years, transformed my grade D- property into a well kept and profitable rental that commands a much higher passive stream of income. My prior experiences with 2 other management companies in the area was devistating. They soley collected rent and allowed my property to deteriorate over 4 years. In using Angie's List (for the very first time), I have found that Michael Godfrey of Bronson Management Company was a better fit for me and highly recommend him!

Michael was responsible for managing a property. When letters were received from the city with respect to the tenant leaving garbage on the rental property it started a series of evens as follows. Michael Brunson was slow to respond to the issue resulting in multiple letters from the city. Ultimately he indicated that the tenant responded with moving out before the end of the lease. This followed with the second side of the duplex also moving out. At this point both sides of the duplex were vacant. Michael made no indication that there was any significant work left to get the duplex ready to rent. However the duplex remained vacant for several months. After pressing him several times on why the duplex was vacant he attempted to bill me for $3800 worth of work to get the duplex ready. This work was not performed and upon meeting him to look at the duplex he refused to walk though the property. This looks like a scam to get additional money out of clients by fabricating doing work then asking to get paid. I asked for photos to show the work he was "claiming" to have performed and he could not provide them. He has now attempted to put a lien on the property which I will have to dispute.

Mike was very professional at all times and did an excellent job managing the property. He provided peace of mind the entire time knowing that our home was taken care of and in good hands. He did an exceptional job screening the tenants as we couldn't have asked for any better. They were a landlord's dream. They left our home immaculately clean (which allowed us to sell the home immediately) upon vacating the residence and went well above and beyond what is expected of tenants. Any time I had a question Mike was available to take my calls or email and would respond with an answer in a very short period of time. He was quite fair and competitive in his pricing. He stays up to date with state laws and requirements and ensures all the necessary paperwork and documents are collected and filed. And if you decide to sell your property at any time, his real estate agent partner, Cassandra Dues, was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. A highly motivated and active agent, we received multiple offers within the first three days of listing our home. They are a great team. If you're looking for professional, no nonsense, straight-forward property management, Brunson & Company will exceed your expectations.

Mike Godfrey, of Brunson & Co., has been our property manager for over 3 years. We have been very pleased with Mike and his crew. They turn units around quickly, doing cleaning and repairs right away so the unit can be shown and rented. Mike has always been very responsive when we call him with questions or concerns. At the present time Brunson & Co is nearing the completion of a total rehab on my Property.  The previous tenant destroyed my house.  We are waiting for the final electric and water to be put back on, another difficult task since the tenant left all the bills.  I am hoping that a new tenant will rent and I can start receiving rents.  Michael has been very trustworthy and has kept me up to date of their progress. <br />

I do not live in the same state as this property manager, but have a rental property in his city. He has proved reliable, professional and easy to communicate with. He has helped me recover damages by another company in the area who broke their contract with me.

We recently hired Brunson & Co. to manage several rental properties on the west side of Indianapolis.  When we hired them, we had 2 vacant units, which they leased very quickly (within about a week).  Another unit needed cleaning and repair work, which was completed quickly and reasonably before it, too, was leased.  Mr. Godfrey provided his insight and recommendations on items that would make the units more appealing to potential tenants, while clearing all significant expenditures with us.  He has routinely kept us informed of progress and developments regarding the properties, and has adjusted his schedule on several occasions to meet at times and locations convenient to us.  Brunson & Co. has been consistently been responsive and professional since we began working with them. 

I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to do the background checks for me and found good quality tenants. I would use them again.
