They did a great job. He listened to us and did everything as requested and even suggested some good improvements The price was high compared to other quotes but these guys were the only ones who followed up and they ended up doing a great job, so we're happy.

I called Bryant Electrical& explained the need and the siding people could go no further until repair was done & Brooke in the office explained to Nick my dilemma & Nick was here within the hour. Was repaired in 30 minutes. Nick explained why it was a hazard & could cause a fire, (thank you Lowes for caring workers to point out the problem, they could have covered it up & no one would have never known, unless we had a fire). Bryant is the best I've ever used and this wasn't the first time I've ever used them.

The work was performed in a reasonable amount of time only he installed 120 volt circuits! also, conduit going from the breaker box to my attic is crooked. I'm not an electrician so I didn't notice it right away, but when I did find out, I reached out twice and left a message and it's been 2 weeks now with no response. This company is expensive, and they do not correct their mistakes. I would not trust them to do the right thing. I did verify on their invoice it does state "240 volt" so this wasn't a misunderstanding - the wrong work was performed.

Great. Mark Garza was prompt and very professional. Gave a quote for the work but it was more than I wanted to spend at this time. I paid the service call fee. Although I didn't get the work performed at this time, I will be calling Bryant for any future electrical work.

Bryant was referred by Bowne, which was too busy. Bryant did a great job of checking my porch light and why it sometimes didn't light up when I turned it on.

It went very well. Booth Sen was professional, friendly, and did a great job. This is the second time I worked with him, and I would want to work with him again. After he installed the ceiling fan, it turned out that the fan was defective. He took the time to talk to the fan company tech service and the store where I purchased the fan. The store had a replacement fan in stock. For a small additional fee, Booth took down the defective fan, returned it to the store, got the new fan, and installed it. I have a time crunch for making improvements to the house, so I was especially appreciative for Booth making the time to make everything work that day. (Note that the price I mention here included the extra trip due to the defective fan.)

The electrician was great. He was professional and friendly. He gave an estimate for the work that was done as well as some other work I'd like done in the future. The prices were fair. He was able to do the work on the fan right away. I would definitely hire them again.

I was impressed that I had an email immediately this morning that he was on the way with a picture of the technician. 5 minutes later I had a phone call from the tech telling me when he would arrive. So nice and friendly. Nick Sisto was very professional and I am very pleased with the work. Will use Bryant Electric again.

Everything went great. We are happy with the work and have already scheduled them to come back and do more. They do charge a $79 fee to come out and give you an estimate. We weren't crazy about that but if you use them, that fee goes toward your bill. Also, we had used a different electrician earlier in the year that didn't give estimates. They just came out and did the job and we were pretty surprised at how high the bill was. I would not do that again. I highly recommend Bryant Elec. The only reason I gave them a lower mark on price is because it still seems a little high to me. And it's very hard to comparison shop these things. That being said, I think electrical work is just one of those services that costs a bit of money. Booth Sen is the electrician that Bryant sent out. He was extremely professional, friendly and a very good communicator. He showed up on time, both for the estimate appointment and then for the scheduled work. I think the quality of his work is top notch. We will use Bryant exclusively for any electrical work we need.

The initial install wasn't left exactly as I would have liked it. When I let the main office know, they were very apologetic and sent another electrician out immediately to fix the issues. They followed up to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was happy with the service. If you want an electrician who stands by their work and makes sure everything is done right, this is definitely the company to hire.
