What started out as a simple evening of planting turned into a nightmare of a situation when our spigot cracked inside our wall. I made one phone call to Junior. His team was out within 45 mins and had repaired my spigot and added a shutoff valve. They rocked. Made me and my family comfortable. They were polite, professional and clean. And he didn’t hurt my wallet!! What got me was he continued to check in with us even after repairs. I’d never use anyone else. You want the job done right the first time, call Junior and his team!! A++ all the way!!

I had builder grade toilets replaced and these guys are pro’s! Jr. and his team were extremely professional, efficient and respectful of property. Quick to respond and provide a detailed written estimate. Juan explained in detail what he was going to do before he did it. Clean and courteous. Had an amazing experience with this plumber who came for a toilet blockage rescue job on a Sunday. He came from over an hour away, expertly handled the situation, and was very up front and reasonable with the pricing!! Great experience!

I contacted them through Angie’s list. After discussing the job, they came to do the work. The technician surveyed the area under the sink and realized they would need to add an electrical outlet since the original installation of the garbage disposal hard wired the electrical. He installed the unit and found an older leaking drain pipe which needed to be replaced. The second job was to replace the old style gate type valves on the washer with 1/4 turn shutoffs. It turned out the previous installation was defective so the supply pipes had to be replaced. Overall, they did a good job overcoming the various issues an older home can throw at what should have been a simple job. The only concern I had is the tech had to make a run to the hardware store for some parts they did not have in stock. Both installations were done and looked good. I would recommend them for any additional work. They made a point to state they stand behind their work.

As soon as I reached out to Arturo, the owner, about a serious issue—my entire office was smelling like sewage—he confidently said, “No problem, we’ll take care of it,” and promised to be there within a few hours. True to his word, Arturo and his business partner, Juan, arrived promptly and got right to work. Juan stayed until the entire job was done completely and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Since our building is older and some of the pipes are badly rusted, I was impressed that they had all the latest equipment needed to handle the job efficiently. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise truly stood out. I would absolutely hire BCS-Pros again for any of my plumbing or construction needs. Highly recommend!

Made sure to provide honest input and save me money by not taking advantage of lack of knowledge as a new homeowner. Juan came out and was extremely polite, professional, mindful of our home with protective covering on his shoes and assessing items quickly and efficiently. We recently moved into our house and had a tricky drain clog affecting the bathroom sink upstairs and in the powder room downstairs. BSC reached out very quickly and sent Juan within hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem and even showed me the blockage via a drain camera. Very cool! They also worked with our warranty company and finished the job in a couple of hours. Both Juan and Art (office) were very professional, courteous and straight forward. Highly recommended!
