B.T. Fleishour Painting, in my estimation, waited until too late in the year to paint, and did not prepare the surface of the house properly, resulting in a poor quality paint job. Areas that had not been properly scraped curled up shortly after painting. B.T. Fleishour did come back in a timely fashion and scrape and repaint these areas, which was good customer service, but the paint started coming off again in the spring. I had to pay to have them touch-up the paint. In this regard, the customer service could have been better, as they did not complete the touch-up until the first week of November.

"I have respect for this customer, he is an engineer and is very detailed and intelligent. I don't think his knowledge is correct about this project and we did everything we possibly could to coat a house that had poor previous paint jobs. I would be glad to give you a full overview of this job if you have any concern about trusting us. I can provide references from Anyone we have worked with, in the last 402 projects we have done, this is the only customer I have ever tried to serve repeatedly and not been able to reach in terms of being on the same page with the project at hand. I have no hard feelings though, I thank God for each one."

Brandon's crew was very professional, courteous, and ready to please. His painter did a really nice job and got the job done under tight deadline. Even after mentioning some areas that we were not 100% saisfied with, he sent his crew out to fix them and worked with our schedule. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because Brandon, the owner, never showed up to inspect the work, even after we expressed some concerns with the final product. The only time we met him was to do the quote. Should the occasion arise, we would use them again.
