Overall, the new fence structure is good and its appearance is attractive. However, we have been dealing with the 2 gates being difficult to open and close properly. In fact, I can't open or close the gates! Even my 84-year-old husband is having much difficulty in accomplishing these tasks! Although they have come out 2 times to "repair" the gates, for weeks (months) now, we have called and texted Bubba's about this major issue and have either received Chuck's response that he will be out soon to repair the gates, a text saying the same, or no response at all. In addition, it's important to say we have been very patient and understanding with the recent rains in the area. With all that said, even though Chuck verbally stated he has a "lifetime guarantee," we would definitely not go with his company again.

Chuck and his team were great! Timely estimate and job completion, quality work, they kept the job site clean and were respectful to our surrounding neighbors. Would highly recommend!

They did an excellent job and are supposed to come back to fill in some spots that sunk in a little. Were on time and did it in a timely manner. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because they left quite a bit of old polysand that we ourselves cleaned up. Which was fine.
