"[Member Name Removed] hired us for waterproofing and was completely happy with all the work we did to her home which work took 5 days to complete. She did ask for extra work at her ditch to put in drainage and cover with dirt at extra cost. We scheduled work installed drain and delivered 18 tons of dirt to spread and cover. we had three weeks of rain and couldn't spread dirt and was in contact the hole time with homeowner trying to set things up but rain keep delaying dirt being spread. We got three dry days in row and went and spread dirt perfectly. Homeowner thanked us and filled out angies list review form giving us all A's in all catagories. This was a month ago and she still hasn't paid her extra bill for work she hired us for and is now giving a bad review so she doesn't have to pay since she says she doesn't have the money know that work is done. I have copy of review form with perfect scores and homeowners signature."
"We are licensed and insured in Shaker Hts. and homeowner was very satisfied with the work we did at his home and praised are work at the end of the job back on November. While on the job homeowner also had us do additional work for them because of our performance. Also did all work without getting paid for two weeks because homeowners loan didn't go thru as they said it did and had to wait for them to find funds. The extra work we did do was repair a rotted out sanitary line. Homeowner then sent us bill three months later saying a leak developed in sanitary line and he hired a plumber who repaired it and wants me to pay his bill. We called homeowner and asked why he never called us in first place and that we would have sent someone over to look at and possible repair if it was work we did. He responded with I didn't think about calling you but believes we should pay his $ 600.00 bill. We informed him we wouldn't pay it and now he is mad and taking it out by giving us a bad review for work he praised six months ago."
