After researching further, I discovered complaints from other consumers describing experiences similar to mine involving Buckhead Design Windows and Doors and Anthony Ray. This raised even more concerns for me about the promises made regarding financing and loan payoff arrangements. In my situation, I entered into a signed agreement on September 20, 2023, connected to a $49,000 loan for windows and doors. I was told the program included paying the loan off by September 19, 2025, or earlier. I relied on those representations when agreeing to move forward. The loan payoff was not completed as promised, leaving me with the financial burden and ongoing stress. As a senior citizen, I feel I was taken advantage of financially and misled during this process. I have filed a police report, reported the matter, and sought legal assistance. I strongly encourage consumers to carefully review all financing agreements, written promises, and company history before entering any agreement with this

The company and the owner is fake. They have no address. They are a scammer. The owner scammed my and my wife of $140,000 loan he collected for a project. The loan was canceled only to confess that he collected the money from the bank and promised to pay back in 2 years before the accumulated interest. Two years passed he didn't pay back and didn't pick up the phone. If you go to the office address, it is fake. THE MAN CALLED ANTHONY RAY IS A SCAMMER.

Anthony Ray set a date and time for the installation of my patio door system. His installation crew arrived on time and completed the job within the allotted time frame. The installers were professional, courteous, polite, and respectful of me and my home. They are true craftsmen, making sure every detail was attended to. They even made sure I understood the operation and care of the door system. The installers cleaned up the work area before leaving. Anthony stayed in touch with me during and after the installation, I would highly recommend Anthony Ray and Buckhead Designs for any window and/or door project.
