Everything Buddy was involved in in this process went smoothly, despite all the curve balls the gas company threw at us.  When the gas company screwed up part of the exterior work and caused all the work to need pushed back, Buddy just worked with us.  I am really busy at work and I didn't feel like I had to work around his schedule.  I felt like he worked with me to find something that worked well for us and got the work done ASAP.   Buddy and his team took things in stride.  They recognized urgent issues.  He communicated with me consistently.  The entire project, which was relatively complicated with a number of moving parts, was manageable because Buddy gave me reasonable estimates of time and price.  He arrived when he said he would in the morning.  He finished the work in the time that he said he would.  The work was done over 3 days and he gave me a heads up on what would happen over those days.  Everything followed the schedule.  It was super easy on our side.  Even when the gas company "didn't have time" to meter our house for a week, which was unexpected - typically this is done next day - Buddy showed up ASAP for the final inspection once we were hooked up so we didn't have to go any longer than necessary without heat or hot water. <br /> The basement looks better than before Buddy did all the work.  Every thing works really well and we are SO much happier and not dreading the winter. <br /> A side note, we have 6 pets, including a dog and 3 indoor cats.  Buddy was incredibly considerate of not just our time, but also our home and our pets.  I had to leave 2 out of the 3 days he was working on this project and I didn't worry about anything.  The cats and dog loved him (which meant there was far less barking).   <br /> I feel like I found a plumber I can depend on to be reliable and to do quality work. <br />

I was not able to be there with him. He drilled another hole in my wall and I did not understand how it was going to be because I have brass piping stucking from out of my wall.  The job was fine but I was not happy with how it looked. I think the price was fine.

The plumber arrived when he said he would, worked quickly and neatly and got it done. <br />

Great!  Not only did Buddy do the work quickly, he was respectful of our pets and home.  He was also prompt - he showed up exactly on time. <br /> We had a plumber we were working with previously, but he just kind of disappeared.  We have an ancient boiler and need someone to do a gas conversion for us.  I mentioned this to Buddy and asked if he would have the time to add it in.  He checked out the house quickly and the boiler, wrote out a quote on spot and emailed it to me and filled out the National Grid gas conversion paperwork with me.   I am so glad I signed up for the coupon! <br />

Buddy and Bob actually showed up early, which impressed me right away. <br /> Buddy greeted me politely and asked about the faucet location. We went downstairs to locate the inside connection, and he informed me that they would have to cut a small hole in the lath ceiling in order to access the pipe.   <br /> The whole job went very smoothly and they cleaned up very well. After a test, he asked me if there was anything else that he could help with, and we said goodbye. <br /> Not only were they polite, but they also helped move some items around to clear the way to the piping and the faucet. <br /> All-in-all, it was a professional, friendly experience.  I will definitely use him again should I need more plumbing work done. <br />

Fast, polite, on time. <br /> First, Buddy responded and made an appointment in record time. <br /> He needed to reschedule but gave me plenty of notice and a rescheduled date <br /> Second, he arrived exactly at 9am, on time <br /> Third, he got the work done very quickly. Brought a helper. <br /> I asked for an estimate for some more work. He'll call the town to get the info needed; I'm sure <br /> he will and get back to me as quickly as he did on everything else. <br /> 'I'm impressed and would hire him in a flash for more work. <br />

Showed up within the specified time. Job was completed timely with minimal clean up. He told my wife it would be an additional $75 because there is a crawl space. --on a side note my crawl space is large enough that there was no crawling involved. This is my fault for not reading the "Fine print" Had I known this I would have never had the job done. By the time I heard he already cut the pipe. Paying $225 to have a $20 part installed in 20 minutes is excessive. I could have done this job myself. I am in middle of a home remodel and figured it's one less job I needed to do myself. Lesson learned. But this isn't about the $75 I don't care about $75. It's about a contractor not caring that his customer feels like he's being screwed. If he had just said I'm sorry about the misunderstanding let's split the difference it would have left a much better feeling. I run a six million dollar business where customer service is key. I can't count the number of times I've had to cut a deal to make somebody feel better because they didn't read my fine print. But this is why my customers come back and I won't be a customer that does come back. <br />

Buddy showed up at the promised time. Since my faucet can't be easily accessed, he needs to open up a hole in the plaster wall inside. He explained that clearly to me. Once he started working, he was efficient and did a clean job. <br />

Excellent experience with everything! <br /> <br /> Buddy was communicative, friendly, professional and knowledgeable!  I originally hired him to replace a leaky outdoor spigot, which he did so quickly I didn't know he was done!  Afterwards I asked him to look at another spigot, which had several breaks in the old copper piping.  He gave me a price to replace it and did the work right away!   <br /> <br /> He was done with everything within an hour and everything works perfectly!  I was so pleased to have a no hassle encounter with a plumber that I would most definitely hire him again or give his information to others. <br /> <br /> Just great all around service with a smile!  Thank you, Buddy! <br />

Buddy was a joy to work with. His estimate was the lowest of several that I got. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He always showed up exactly when he said he would, kept in constant contact, and worked quickly. The job came out great and was everything I wanted/expected. I highly recommend him. <br />

Buddy is very knowledgeable about his craft and did an excellent job installing the boiler. Also, his price was significantly less than the other four quotes I got, partly because the others wanted to replace perfectly good circulator pumps while Buddy was happy to leave them in place, and also because he runs a very lean, cost-effective operation. He's also been very responsive with follow-up calls and making adjustments as required. Strongly recommended.
