Budget Blinds of Snohomish County

I just had two additional shades installed, a total of nine so far. This company is fabulous to work with, my sales rep, Ruth, was wonderful to work with, and the installers are terrific and very professional. I could not be happier with these shades, three of which are motorized.

The two gentlemen were friendly, highly skilled, efficient and totally professional.

Good, there were a few minor adjustments needed for some of the windows and verticals did come off once but the person came back diligently and fixed it.

Overall it went fine. One glitch was that one of the shades did not fit the window properly and had to be re-ordered. (In other words, the person who came to do the measurements to start with did not measure one window accurately.). That added about 3 weeks to the overall schedule. But they did give us accurate assessments of how long each step of the process would take, and they scheduled the visits as quickly as possible after the shades came in. Also, after the first group of pull-down shades were installed, we found that it was difficult to stop the shades exactly where we wanted them. When the second installer came to install the shade that had originally been mis-measured, we asked him to adjust this. He spent a considerable amount of time adjusting the pull-down shades and made sure we were able to get them to work exactly how we wanted them.

The designer who came out was very pleasant, professional.  She was very open to my ideas and made suggestions that she felt would suit my needs.  She didn't try to upsell me which was very nice.  Tashia, the installer, was a pleasure to work with as well.  She was quite to install, and noticed one blind casing was a different shade and quickly started the process to get that one replaced.  Overall, we are very happy with these blinds and wouldn't change a thing. <br>

They did a fine job. both with helping me decide what I wanted, ordered correctly, and then installed them without any problem.  The windows look absolutely gorgeous with their new window treatments. <br />

The Design Consultant called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked to come early. He arrived at the estimated earlier time, was very knowledgeable about the product, provided the best discount available, helped with color selection, measured and placed the order. He provided an estimate for the week of installation at the time of order. Two weeks prior to the estimated time of install, I was contacted by the office to schedule installation. The install crew arrived on time the date of installation and were professional and very attentive to detail when installing the blinds. I am very happy with the product purchased and the service provided. <br />

It took two to three hours and no unexpected issues occurred.

I worked with Lisa Blalock from Budget Blinds Everett office.  The home appointment went smoothly (put your dog in his/her crate or a bedroom as they frighten Lisa), she answered all of my questions, and presented me with a variety of choices.  I knew I wanted <br /> the honeycomb cell blinds that can go from top down & bottom up for better privacy options.  Also, I wanted the blinds along the back of the house to reflect all light and heat (they face the setting sun).  Granted, these options increase the price, but pricing was really good as I ordered them in December.  Lisa offered numerous discounts. The following blinds were ordered: <br /> -  4 honeycomb cell (top/down & bottom/up) blinds for kitchen <br /> -  1 honeycomb cell (top/down & bottom/up) blind for downstairs bath <br /> -  4 honeycomb cell (top/down & bottom/up) blinds PLUS light blackout & heat reflection for living room <br /> -  2 honeycomb cell (top/down & bottom/up) blinds PLUS light blackout & heat reflection for French door <br /> Upon day of installation, the tech was equally professional (I grade this heavily after working in the trades for years), knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. <br /> *NOTE*  They offer a one time replacement per blind for free during the lifetime of owning the blinds (no questions asked!), plus other great perks.  I plan on using them again when I can afford to do the rest of the house <br />

Last year this company installed blinds throughout our entire new home <br /> EXCEPT the very high window in our piano room. It was a move I <br /> regretted. So I contacted our rep ( Lisa) and she arranged for a measure <br /> and install. <br /> Richard just left and he was terrific. I really <br /> couldn't have asked for a nicer and more experienced guy. He was very <br /> professional and really had to maneuver ladders in a tight space-- and <br /> with a costly piano underneath where the blind was to be installed! <br /> Times like this you really are grateful for experienced , sure handed people!! <br /> We really wanted a motorized blind for this window ,but the price would <br /> have been almost $900 with discounts. I was initially put off by the $500 for this one <br /> but we really needed to get the window covered. The  professionalism and experience brought to  installing our blind   justified the  price tag of what we got . <br /> Thanks again to Lisa who arranged  my sale through email. It went smoothly! Tony needed to come back and adjust some blinds on my french doors but the rest were perfect. <br />

<p>They are excellent, we have used them many times and they are our 'GO TO' when it comes to new blinds and servicing.</p> <p>The owners are so knowledgeable at what they do and really care that the customer is happy and satisfied!  Our house is not the standard as we have very large windows and many angles.  They have done a fabulous job with these in addition to our standard windows.</p> <p>We highly recommend this company.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

We have used this particular Budget Blinds store (Connie and Eric Bolton) many times in the past for our window coverings. Connie is the best! We had our bathroom remodeled and need window treatments. She provided us with options and helped us pick the perfect woven wood shades. Once installed, we actually had a problem in that the shades were too long. Connie returned and determined that her measurements were correct and that the manufacturer's measurement directions were not appropriate. So she dealt with the manufacturer and got us new shades. After they were installed, they still were not right. So Connie figured out a fix and came personally to do the work. Her fix has solved the problem. <br /> She is not only very knowledgeable about her products, she will not settle for anything but the perfect fit and look. We have recommended Budget Blinds to our neighbors and they have been  very satisfied as well. <br />

I think they are a good company. I was happy with the work they did. There was a miscommunication on what the visual would be, but it was a mutual misunderstanding. I am very happy with the product.

We had just purchased our first "new construction" home and needed blinds for all the windows. This was the first time we needed to purchase blinds so we were not sure what to expect. Our real estate agent recommended Budget Blinds, so we went with them.The overall experience was great. The sales person / designer, Lisa, was able to come right out and get us started. She brought in many samples and explained the differences in materials. She was helpful all the way around and never pressured us to buy anything that was out of our budget.  She measured all the windows that day, except for one that was about thirty feet up. For that one, she called her installer to come out the next day and measure it. The installer came out the next day, on time, and took care of it. About four weeks later, the installer came out, on time, and took about two hours to install the blinds on all ten windows. The result is great! The blinds as well as the trim complement the entire house!

Very happy with the results.  A rep came out with loads of samples and we matched colors, textures, and styles right in my home.  I liked the fact that they didn't rush me and let me have samples to review in the rooms at different parts of the day and in different lighting.  All shades were custom-made.  Installer brought out the final products and installed very quickly.  I plan to buy curtains from his same provider.
