Budget Drain Cleaning 23 Hour Service Inc

Jason arrived on time and promptly began the process of removing roots from drain line. He informed me of my city's policy on maintenance of pipes and documented appropriately. I was extremely pleased and would hire again without hesitation.

He was great. I told him I had a limited amount of money, and he got the job done for me at a price I could afford. He also was very nice and recommended other people who could help with other things I needed to fix. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them for others.

Kitchen sink drains great now and water doesn't back up in the sink when I run the dishwasher. Very happy with them. I'm glad I called them and would recommend them to anyone. They were very courteous and kept me informed when they were running late.

Very pleased. Came out the day I called. Communication was good while I waited, so I knew when to expect him. Jason was very friendly, competent and helpful. Fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and cleaned up after himself, putting everything back where it was. Offered advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Will definitely use them again (hopefully I won't have to).

I can't say enough good things about Budget Drain Cleaning. I searched Angie's List for a good company for my parents after the last one that worked on their drain wouldn't return my calls or texts. Not only did Budget Drain come out quickly - they were FAST. The young man that performed the work was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Unlike big-box companies that can nickle and dime you - I felt that they were incredibly fair. They also discovered the cause of the issue through the use of a camera and fixed it - I would highly recommend this company!!!!

The service was prompt and professional. We were not home, a call was placed to us when he encountered difficulty. They explained in detail what was performed and how it was fixed. Cost was excellent for services provided. Will use them again.

Budge Drain was great to talk to and schedule work with.  The guys doing the work were great - explained what they were doing, why, and did not mind questions.  Worked with me regarding payment as I was waiting for my loan to come through.  They did a great job, cleaned up, & a pleasure to work with.  I definitely recommend them. <br />

It went very well. Calling to schedule the service was very pleasant and she was very clear on the charges that it would involve. <br /> <br />The young man that came to the house was very professional, did excellent work and to my surprise cleaned up after himself and even cleaned my tub that was less than clean from the standing water. It was nice inviting someone into my house that I felt comfortable with as soon as he said hello and introduced himself. <br />

The tenant was complaining that things were going down slow; and we've had some problems with tree roots before. They were really great to talk to on the phone, especially since I didn't really know what the problem was. It was recommended that the pipe be "scoped" to see what the problem might actually be. Most of the places I called said they either wouldn't recommend it or it was going to cost another $75 or something. Budget said they always scope to make sure they've taken care of the problem. The technician called me and told me there was a depression in the pipe were water was accumulating; but there was also tree roots and he used a big cutting head so it's fixed for now. I would highly recommend this company.

They came the same day I called, after I had my drain snaked by another company. The other company said they thought I had a more serious problem than a plugged drain. 2 men worked over 2 hours to try and determine the problem. After much effort, because it was such a mess, they determined that I have a broken pipe underground. They did everything possible to help me. 2 men and 2 trucks came 80 miles round trip, and all he charged me was for a service call. It should have been 3 times that much. The owner of the company offered to come back for FREE, when I am ready to have the outside dug up to replace the pipe, to offer any assistance to whoever does the work. I don't know how you can possible find anyone better than that.
