They were very reliable, dependable and thorough. Most importantly, they are prompt- they show up when they say they will show up. They clean up after themselves and I think their prices are reasonable as well. They are going to be doing more work for me later this fall as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a hail storm and shortly afterward Jim was at the house to talk to my wife about some work he was doing for her father. and Jim looked over our roof and recommended I contact my insurance company. I did and Jim made sure he was here when the insurance company's adjuster came so he could go over the damage with him. They worked out a fair price on the replacement and within a week, Jim's crew was here and finished the roof in two days. They removed all the old shingles and put on a whole new roof. They cleaned everything up and left no sign they had been here, other than a great new roof. <br /> <br /> Another thing about Jim is that he always checks in to be sure you are happy with the materials and explains everything in advance so you know what to expect. When he replaced our porch last year, he visited the local Home Depot with us and helped us select all the materials, providing info on all the pros and cons of all our choices. He insists that all the work is done correctly and won't cut corners. The quality of their work is top notch.

My siding looks great and all my neighbors are oohing and ahhing over our house and shutters!
