Back on June 27 he took a deposit of $5000.00 in order to start working in one specific fence that we wanted, 3 months later he showed up to start the work, he bought a different fence from home depot instead of the fence that they ordered, he said that he was going to refund some money due to that, the material he delivered in order to start working was damaged and had dents in the poles it was not straight

Eli and crew did a phenomenal job! We have been trying to repair 4 sections of 6 foot privacy fence since March. We could not get anybody to commit so my wife suggested to try Angi! Personally have had bad dealings with people selected on Previous work using this app so I was reluctant at best. I got 3 quotes and an immediate response from Eli with a tentative date and pricing. We later confirmed and Eli was spot on. He showed up on time did the work required meticulously. He was very professional / down to earth and great to work with. They completed job cleaned up the area but left some temp barrier behind but not a big deal was easy to get rid of. Waiting on one post cap that we found cracked only after work was started. Would highly recommend giving them a call to see what they can do for your project .

Buyer beware. Once installed you will NEVER get him to come back to repair anything even though it’s under warranty. I contacted Eli for almost a year and he told me there’s no money in it for him for repairs so I’d have no wait. Now the gate is laying broken on the ground and he still won’t come even though he’s literally working across the street. If I could paste his texts to me here - you’d see for yourself! Ridiculous

"Your gate is under warranty that’[Member Information Removed] correct. You don’t have to pay for it. But the labor isn’t covered by the manufacturer. I am sorry but no one works for free. Your gate is at my shop if your willing to pay for the labor of the installation of the gate that’[Member Information Removed] fine I will be more then happy to install it. But putting up lies that the cost of the gate is 10000 or that I was working across the street from you isn’t factual. Like I said if your willing to pay for the labor I can install your gate within two weeks. I leave it up to you."

Eli-Budget fence gave us the best price. In the middle of the work we had requested him to do a major change in the plan, he did it issue. The quality of workmanship is great. If would recommend budget fence for Excellent QualityFence Installation at the most competitive price.

Over $2,000 deposit paid to company rep. Work was never done, contract was cancelled, company has failed to return deposit. Company does not respond to inquiries or demands. Mail sent to addresses on contract and on Secretary of State website are returned as undeliverable. We are attempting to notify company in order to file lawsuit. Rep understood upfront we had time constraints to replace deteriorated fence due to state licensing regulations. Rep promised on-time delivery. After weeks of excuses necessitating multiple requests for state licensing extensions, we were forced to cancel contract and hire company that could actually install the needed fence in a timely manner.

"Edit update: Client was refunded their monies. Hi [Member Name Removed], I know this is repetitive as we have spoken on other social media platforms but I'm covering all responses. We apologize for the absolute mishandling of your contract and refund process. Postponing your job when you had deadlines for state licensing regulation was faulty and not how we try to operate. As 2018 had a domino effect of issues tracking back to some employee problems I do wish we had communicated better. The fault is with our company. To put on here publicly again we do not not know why the State has our old home address posted as our business address. We have tried to correct this numerous times and will continue to reach out. Our other address is our shop address but since we do not usually have people on site except for the start and end of the day there is no one there to sign. It is incredibly unfortunate due to some poor business choices on our end that you were put in the position you were and that we lost a client. We are working tirelessly to make this right and we most certainly will accomplish that goal but we have to start first with taking responsibility."

They are excellent. They are working right now on my fence. They are very good with what they do. They are very good with a very good price. On price, I did check different companies and they gave me the best price. They are A with the price, really good. It was like a $3000 different. For quality, they have done an excellent job. The material that they used for the fence looks like it is of very good quality. For responsiveness, they answer right a way when you call them. If they don't call you right back, it takes them like an hour or two to call you if they need to. They are very reliable. If there is a problem, if it is raining or if there is an inconvenience they don't come but so far they have been really good. For punctuality, it has been a little bit difficult because of the weather but they come in every day. Sometimes they come in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. It is good that I am here and because it is exterior, they don't need someone in the house and they have everything they need outside. They are very polite. Whatever they write in the contract is what they give you. They follow what they wrote in the contract and they are very professional. We are planning to something else next year and we are going to contact them.
