Came to door and introduced himself and came in and started to work, was nice and easy to talk to, performed work and thanked us and left.

They came in the first day and demoed the pipes and tub. This mess stayed in the front yard for four days. I was teased that my house looked like Sanford and Son. The work progressed from there. The yard did get cleaned but the bathroom was not <br />

Called and left a message after hours, they called first thing the next morning. They had other jobs in front of ours that ran a little late, but they were able to come that same day. They had a motorized snake that they ran to unclog to drain. <br />

I liked them. I can trust their work. I've used them for several times then. The people there were professionals. It's been a different person every time in every room. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did the job well. I had no problems with them. They're a little bit pricey but it's worth it. They got the job done right.

In less than a week the pump went out and they had to come back and pull it back up, a wire nut had come lose. Then in less than a year, the pump went bad because they wrapped the wires to the pump around the pump, the wiring got inside the propellers and burned the pump up. I called them and they sent someone over to look, he stayed a few minutes, long enough to figure out the pump had to be pulled. The man left and we haven't heard from them since. I called them back, was told they forgot to call me and tell me the pump was not under warranty, which I know that it is, they wanted another $5,000 plus to come back and put in a new pump. I'll never do business with this company again, and I would suggest that no one else does either.

Spent 60 min looking at the job.  Dug 2 holes less than 18" deep. Quoted a complete sewer and storm drain line replacement for $8900. Had the job done for 3000.00.

I was very pleased with the service. Evidently the guts who did the estimate were not the same ones who came to do the work. they got the work done and cleaned up well but were aggravated that they were not adequately prepared for the job.

The 2 men that came were very professional and polite.  They cleaned up after themselves and even took my old water heater away.  I would use them over and over.

My expierence was awful, the 2 men that came to my house were rude, unfriendly, and messy. They tracked mystery sludge through my house and on my carpet, cussed the whole time they were there, talked to me like I was a dog, and tried to rip us off. The service they provided was not worth the cost they charged and the estimate for additional work was 5X what others estimated for us for the exact same job. They did not clean up after themselves and left nasty hand prints and foot prints everywhere. I was very dissapointed and upset by the time they left my house. Never use them again for anything not even to plunge a toilet. <br />

He again provided excellent service. I would definitely use him again.

He’s a plumber and he’s excellent.  He was recommended to us by a neighbor.  Then we found out that he was with Angie’s list and we also saw all the advertising about him.  We don’t know how much he charged us for his services but he’s reasonable.  We don’t have the dollar and cent amount because we have several different things that he does.  It’s not a flat amount.  He always calls before he comes.  He always comes when he says he’s going to come, or he calls and says whatever it is.  He’s very knowledgeable.  He’s very polite and very personable.  We are snow birds.  So we basically rely very heavily on the repair people down here.  We will absolutely use him again in the future.

They had the experience and the right equipment to take care of the job I needed done. They are not the cheapest, but I do believe they are the best.

Slow draining tub, a toilet that just won't flush, and some back flow when using the dishwasher left us thinking we just had a major clog.  To our surprise, it was a collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced.  While there was a 1 week wait due to the time of year and the demands they were expecting, we were more than happy to wait the week.  Work went quickly and smoothly, and was far less intrusive than we anticipated.  Their staff even wore shoe coverings when coming into the house!  Only some minor clean up work was required once they left, which appeared to be an oversight when they cleaned up.  Everything else was back to normal after they left and no problems since.

My daughter's own words:  "After my son decided to take the spout out of the wall of the tub and shower, i called Bud Hypes around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday! After leaving a message,thinking that they had left for the day, I got a call back with in 30 minutes from a technician saying he could be out the next morning first thing!  He gave me an estimate over the phone without even looking at it...Mike and Bobby came the next morning and got right to work, w/in the hour we had a new spout and pipe and it was cheaper than originally thought!  The technicians cleaned up after themselves and it looked like new!"  We were impressed and so was our 5 year old son!!  He asked us if we could call them the next time we needed something fixed, let's just say, I hope we don't, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Mike and Bobby again!!!
