They did a very good job.  They were punctual and seemed to be very honest, reliable and professional.

These guys came out on a Friday to scope the job and give estimate. They were able to do the work the next day - a Saturday. They did a great job and I will call them again when I need something done right the first time!

Two workers visited once to see the list of items, then returned on a separate day to do the work. I thought their work was somewhat acceptable but not above and beyond - for instance, they could have fixed the deadbolt by correcting the poor alignment of the door, but instead they just sanded a bigger hole for the deadbolt shaft. Also, the price seemed extremely high for a handful of minor jobs. I should have gotten a competing estimate.

He is nice to work with. He is very reliable.

If your job is not urgent and you are flexible with scheduling than he is a good option, although myself I've switched to one of the handyman chains - they charge a bit more but they it's much easier to get the job scheduled and completed quickly.

He is very committed to doing a good job. He was on time and did great work.

According to my tenant the job went very well. The worker was efficient and tidy. My conversation with Bud before the job is that it would take three separate visits to get the job done. It turned out to be one brief visit(due to using instant cement product) that cut the time down to about an hour. Bud had someone else do the job. There was some drywall involved and paint. I was still charged the full price of 550.00. When I questioned Bud about that he said he would give me a break on future work. In previous masonry work Bud was A in all catagorys but when combined with this job the price became an issue. I think in the last report I marked the price a B. That was after estimate on this later job was given to me. Over all I would use Buds service again with a clear understanding of price to job ratio. My tenant has been with me for a long time and I trust her judgement and input. There have been many repairs done over the years she has been with me.

Excellent! I asked him to quote me on how much it would cost to replace a window and he actually drove all the way to my house to see for himself. The window was replaced that same day. The price he billed me was a third of the price that I was quoted from two other repairmen.

He was here when he said he would be. Did everything I wanted him to do and the price was fair.

The company was very responsive and worked hard to get us a good deal on the stair railings. The only problem was that they were sometimes late in getting to our house as they had multiple commitments. They were very pleasant and eager to please us.

They arrived and checked out room. Then they suggested what neexed to be done. They were here about an hour and 1/2. Gave me suggestions for things in the future. Didn't try to sell me anything!

I wanted him to give me an estimate for repair work on my roof and my gutters, and that?s when things got kinda sticky. His whole attitude changed. He kept insisting it would cost a lot of money, but he wouldn?t actually give me an estimate. He and his co-worker had some words and it seemed they didn?t want to do the roofing just then because they were tired. I just said that I was looking for an estimate on repair work. I haven?t heard back from them on this. After this experience, I don't think I will use him again since he didn't follow through on what he said he would.

Bud is just the best. He does great work at (what I feel) is a reasonably price. We had various jobs and he did them all. We first called him to hang our Christmas lights and I knew our gutter had holes in it. Bud did it all. He is very mice--very professional. He is coming back to us to put in a new front door.

Price was consistent with work we had done previously and appeared to be good but I feel inadequate to rate it. What did pleasantly surprise me was that I called, left a message, was called back and the work was completed the same day. I was expecting a several day delay, at least. The work was done in a fine manner and the price quoted was all that was charged. No surprises! I would definitely use him again and recommend his service to others.

They were good. If need be, then I would definitely use their services in the future too.

As I said above these guys did good work. I will have some more jobs for them in the near future

I used Buds because he was on Angie's List. I had to postpone it a time or two and he had to postpone it once, but when we settled on a date, they were timely and did a nice job. Sanding drywall can be very messy but they were concerned about cleaning up and they were very polite.

Bud arranged to come over the day after I called. They called me to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. Their estimate was a bit high (they overestimated how long the job would take, as they had no experience with the "gutter brush" system I am using -- it is quite new). But since they were here, and had a good rating on the list, I decided to go with them. They worked well, seemed to do a good job of installation and cleaned up. They also gave me an estimate for some work on a laundry vent that needs to be extended from under the house. I appreciate the fact that they did not try to pressure me at all. I would definitely hire them again, and will probably have them do the work on the vent.

So far things are very good. They came out and gave the best estimate and they have done a good job. They were done in a day. Their punctuality is very good.

I called Bud about 6:30 p.m. on a Wednesday night and he was able to be at my home to look at the toilet the next morning at 10:30 a.m. He and his partner were very thorough and tried a few different ways to keep the toilet from leaking. Ultimately the job required replacing entire ballcock assembly. Bud went to three different places to find the correct assembly for my toilet. They made sure there was no leaking and toilet not running before leaving. Very professional and friendly.

The work went well.
