Bud’s was outstanding from start to finish. We were dealing with an HVAC failure at the same time my in-laws’ condo was flooding, insurance companies were involved, and my wheelchair-bound father-in-law had to be moved out for months. In the middle of all that chaos, Bud’s became the one part of the process we did not have to worry about. Steve was honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy. Michael and Brant were exceptional on install day: professional, thorough, polite, and clearly took pride in their work. They handled everything so well that I never had to chase a single detail while dealing with the larger family and insurance mess. I’ve led large organizations myself, and I can tell you these are exactly the kind of people you want on your team. Bud’s delivered not just a quality HVAC install, but peace of mind when we needed it most. Highly recommend.

Last summer our A/C unit went down midway through the summer, and Buds took excellent care of us! This was particularly stressful for my wife and I because we had a 1-year-old at the time. The customer service representative, Alyssa, was responsive, understanding, and compassionate. Buds had the soonest appointment availability and the best quote for our situation (out of MANY companies inquired). Our service technician, Johnathan, was personable, respectful, and explained everything thoroughly as he worked. Horrible to deal with and even worse service. We spent 15k with Buds getting our system replaced and it hasn't worked right since day one. The owner Kevin Medler is a crook that refuses to stand behind their work. We are now forced to take legal action. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this awful company.

I’ve come to update my review from 4 days ago and as you can see from my stars, total opposite experience. One of the owners, Chandler reached out about my previous experience and apologized on behalf of everyone I dealt with. He refunded my $89 and offered to have a tech come out to put my new thermostat free of charge. Jack and Matt came out during the designated window. The first thing Jack said was “I read the review, you don’t need to explain” ? They actually found out that a cord was broken somehow, which is why my AC unit was not getting power. So it was not my thermostat, as the previous tech had stated. I went ahead and had them install the new thermostat since I had it there already. They did everything free of charge. They also cleaned up after themselves. They accidentally took my old thermostat with them, but that’s in the process of being brought back. They got my AC working again and my new thermostat hooked up properly. I’m impressed with the action Chandler took and how the situation was dealt with. They were 100% opposite of what I previously dealt with and these guys are the reason I will continue using Buds and will suggest using Buds to my friends and family. Thanks for everything!

A lot more thorough than other company. Very knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you things that you don't need. The best contractor I've ever hired.

They have been awesome and are very reliable. They are always on time, follow the Covid protocol, and are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I would use them again. They gave us the best value and cost estimate for replacing our entire heating and air system a few years ago. They have been very responsive to any issues we have had while we have been under service contract with them.

I’m on their Smart Care Plan, they come twice a year to do the maintenance. You pay for one and the next one is free. I like that they are prompt, they’re reliable, courteous.

On April 20, 2017 Bud's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my heating and air conditioning systems. Prior to installing the systems, Mr. Steve Morewitz, Comfort Advisor, satisfactorily answered the many questions I asked about their proposed systems and their company. His responses were timely and he did not rush me to make a decision – other companies did not respond quickly so I waited for some of them to respond to have competitive quotes. The day before the installation I had a question about the dehumidifier he and I had agreed to before I signed the contract. His explanation on how that humidifier worked made me realize that was not the humidifier I wanted. He agreed to make the change without modifying the contract even though the cost would have increased. Their technicians were professional, friendly, helpful, and did a wonderful job removing and installing the equipment. It has been four months since they installed the systems and I have only called Mr. Morewitz once and that was to correct a door on the filter housing, which was a design/manufacturing problem with the filter manufacturer's equipment.

The primary reason I keep using them is I like to keep my systems maintained so that there in good working condition where the seasons start.

There is nothing that sticks out that's especially different.? They're pretty consistent.? They leave everything perfectly clean.? It usually takes 20 mins.? It's for maintenance.

They're very prompt.? They come and they do their work and they're thorough and they leave.? They don't dilly-dally.? They just come and do their work.

We're on a maintenance plan so I don't know how much yearly cost is? that.? This was one that was part of that yearly plan.? I give them A's for everything.? I've been with them for 32 years.? I'm very pleased with them.? They put in a new system for us and they're always prompt.? I'm pleased with the work? They come out twice a year in May and September.

They were very pleasant to work with, but we went with someone else for replacement due to price.

Chris was punctual and professional, and very pleasant with my little boys, who were fascinated by his tools and what he was doing. We ended up having to replace a capacitor and the external blower, but he completed his evaluation and repairs quickly.

I have been using them since 2008. They are very professional and very helpful. They have been able to respond to all of our needs. They have good recommendations, each time they've come out if they find an issue they recommend something and we talk through it and are able to come up with a resolution.

It went really well. It took about a day. They were excellent about explaining everything. They gave me a lot of different options.
