Within 1 month they were able to exterminate our rat and mice problem as well as cockroaches; we recently had an ant problem and they came right away and we hadn't had the problem ever since. they did a good job. they are very friendly and nice people. one good thing about them is when they bill you, you can actually pay the bill online.

It went wonderfully! The technician Patrick explained everything that he was doing and what product would do what. He continued to reassure me that Bugged Out will help me get rid of my issue. Most importantly, John in the main office was willing to work around my crazy schedule to get me a appointment as soon as possible! I will definitely refer Bugged Out to my family and friends! The exterminator sprayed all areas such as base boards, behind stove sink , toilet , closets , under sinks. Then used the gel around sinks , cracks ‘ openings . I was really satisfied with the exterminator and the work that was performed as well as the pricing. Professional & Experience . Great choice of exterminators .

John came to my home earlier than anticipated, no waiting around and got right to work. Helped me locate problem areas around my home and even used a pet friendly fumigation product. John and the whole bugged out crew were courteous and professional

Honeslty , this was the best service I have ever had . You shouldn’t bother getting another pest control company . Bugged out was not only affordable but they got the job done the first time . No hidden tricks no nothing . It was perfect . I would hire again . I have had problems in the past in my restaurant. It’s common in nyc , I’ve tried others .. never again bugged out all the way !
