I've been using them forever. They come out monthly to treat my lawn for insects they also fertilize. They also treat for termites once a year. I would recommend them to a friend because I like their professionalism and customer service.

I've been using them forever. They come monthly to treat the lawn for pesticides. They only treat for termites once a year. They can improve by staying on top of how to get rid of any type of occurring little critters that the customers my have. I know they come out monthly but they need to know if a customer has been dealing with a certain type of insect without the customer having to deal with it. They only do inside the home if the customer request it.

I have an annual contract with them and this was the second one for this year. It was $160 for 9 services. I’ve checked and I think it’s a fair price. I couldn’t fertilize it and buy the stuff and do it myself for the price they charged me. For responsiveness, I don’t really have anything unless I call them with a problem, which I very seldom do. They will come out and check it out. Punctuality doesn’t really apply because they just say that they are going to be out this day. They don’t know if it’s morning or afternoon. It depends on how it runs for that day. They’re trained and they answer questions I have regarding problems that I may have and questions about treatments.

The provider was punctual. That's important to me. He arrived and treated my home thoroughly. He also answered any questions that I had. I had plenty. I would certainly recommend this company. <br />

Requested yard control services as recommended by neighbor. Many benefits and cost cutting discount options available. Was able to enjoy some of the better cost cutting options as a military retiree and automatic payments. An annual agreement was initiated with an autopay payment program that has a lower cost built into the program. Treatments are bi-monthly or as needed by treatment technician review or by my contacting the office to address my concerns. The results have been outstanding! The abundant dollar weed is gone or very well minimized to near nothing. The nut sedges are a more difficult invasive problem but the lush and strong green St. Augustine grass growth has been a true delight to see and enjoy. Low cost and great results were my guiding baselines. Bug Out has done it all! The number of neighbors using the service has also grown and the results show! The visible proof is obvious. <br />

Billy, the technician, arrived 30 minutes early which surprised my wife. He offered to start the outside work until I got home. She wanted to be outside of the home while he might be spraying inside. <br /> He installed the Sentricon devices around the house and did not complain even though the weather was bright sun and mid 90s. After that he laid down the pest control spray around the entire foundation and even plugged some old foundation drill holes from previous termite treatment. After a break Billy spot treated the areas in the home where we had noticed some bug activity. He was a polite, friendly tech, answered all our questions and I look forward to seeing him again. <br /> The charges for Termite Protection and Pest Control are very reasonable upfront but they make their money on a monthly charge for scheduled revisits so the annual cost is closer to $500 instead of the opening $250. Still not bad and very competitive but be advised. Bug Out also offers a substantial Military discount if you sign up for recurring monthly payments on the continued service. <br /> The following day we set up on-line access to our account and through that system asked a question about any issues with the proximity of the Sentricon devices to some blooming blueberry plants we have. We got a call back later the same day reporting the Sentricon devices do not leach into the soil and the blueberries would be good to eat. Good customer service there! <br /> Overall we were happy with our choice with Bug Out. <br />

I have been using them for three years. I do an annual payment and so it is less than it would be if I was doing individual payments. Except for the weather, they have been able to come out when they said they would be here. They have different technicians- the one the does my lawn is also one of the company managers but he is fine to work with. He is very personable, professional and takes time to explain things like what you need to do after each service- what you need to do and how long it is supposed to take. I have recommended him to other people. They don't set a time, they just set a day. They are here on the day that they say and if I need to change, they are responsive to that -if for some reason I want to change the day. I don't have any plans to change the service provider- the lawn is looking great.

They are my regular pest control service, so I contacted them for help. I still expected an up charge for their service, but there was none. They came out when requested and fumigated the house and. They came back for a follow up and a second fumigation. The service was great and I was very pleased with their work. Their monthly service is reasonable and has a good discount if you can pay annually. extremely prompt in returning calls. They answered questions for me about my particular problem and what would work best. I appreciate that they didn't just try to sell me something. I am very happy with their service.
