The service was great. I haven't seen any ants after they did the procedure. This was the first time I patronize a company. Whatever they use, it works. The major good thing about them was professionalism and timely response. These days, it could be a long time to get a response from the company. They were really quick. The communication was quick. This company was very informative and thorough. The guy Sam made me very aware of the start up of my infestation where the root of the problem was to get rid of the whole roaches. This has been a bother to me for well over a year and they came in here and did wonders. I mean just magical. Bug busters definitely deserves 5 stars
