Bugs R Us

We've been using Mark at Bugs R Us for years. The quality was great, to the point that we didn't need to spray every year. However, there is always a delay between calling and responsiveness, getting worse year by year, and this year despite several calls and emails never heard back.

Because of the urgency, I needed an exterminator immediately. when I called other companies, I was told I would have to wait at least a week for an assessment, and then even longer for the treatment. When I spoke directly with the owner, Mark, he understood my situation immediately and he came within a couple of hours. He identified the problem and treated my home immediately. Although it was necessary for me to leave the house for several hours, it was clearly worth it because I was able to resume my move the following day. <br />

It seems like the price is a little high, although at first the rate seemed extremely low, but the renewal fee was exactly the same as the brand new rate, even though all he did was check the traps already in place. It is just a one-man-show, so it can be difficult to reach him at times, but when he does come he does an excellent job! He's very meticulous and works very hard and very fast. He has a great personality and is a joy to work with. I don't mind having him in my home at all because he is very friendly.

I called him two years ago to check my home. I thought I had termites, and he came in and told me I didn't have them, and didn't charge me anything. I have since bought another house, and thought I had termites. I called him again, and sure enough I do have them this time. He is definitely an honest and knowledgeable person. I am cleaning out areas so he can do a full inspection, and then he will come back and do the treatment. The overall experience was excellent. He is punctual, responsive, and professional.

They were very responsive. We had used them before. They were really busy but still made the time to come out and get the job done.

He is very honest and willing to work. He doesn't rush through anything.
