The project manager was a good salesman with the promise of a discounted price because another job had been canceled and they could start in two days, and I could take advantage of the insurance and bond already having been paid. He inferred he didn't want to lose it. Although I knew that probably wasn't true, as all big companies have insurance and workman's comp in place, I wanted my deck done quickly and my next estimator could not come out for two weeks. Although the salesman claimed I was getting a good deal, the contract seemed a bit high, and sales tax added. I have never had sales tax added separately on this type of work. They did not demolish all the brick work as in the contract. They tried to use untreated wood under the deck which I was specific that was why the old deck needed to be replaced. Luckily, we caught that. The job was done quickly and clean up was nominal; however, I have found the concrete base of the demolished brick work was just covered with dirt and it still remains.

I first used Build A Dream to replace a few windows in my mother’s house. I was impressed by their integrity, honesty and especially their finished work. The front and rear porch tile replacements and the master bath and shower floor replacements were done with highly skilled craftsmen both in the old tile removal and new tile installations. The tilework quality looks great and the workers were very professional in debris removal and clean-up as well. We are most appreciative also of the project manager, Sean, for taking much time with my wife in selecting the tile design and color and for bringing samples for her to choose from. We also saved some cost in having the firm provide all the materials and tiles from their stock

After a search to find someone to build a custom cabinet in my new apartment I was fortunate enough to be referred to Build a Dream by Home Advisor. Their designer, Matthew, came to discuss the design and measure the space. He was enthusiastic about the project and made some very good suggestions. Build a Dream got wonderful reviews from previous customers that I contacted and, after the building received the necessary documentation, we went ahead with the project. The finished cabinet is more than I had hoped for -- beautifully done, fits the apartment decor perfectly. The carpenter, Haroot, is a perfectionist. Every line is perfectly vertical; every drawer works smoothly; every shelf is perfectly level. It was an inspiration watching him at work. I am giving tours of my apartment so people can see the beautiful cabinet and they are wowed. The director and building manager of the facility also were impressed by the new cabinet and, Build a Dream is now on the list of approved contractors.

the first three people that came were very respectable and nice, the work was very good and neat, they cleaned up very good after they finished. the roof was 30 years old and it was pealing off, i'm very pleased with my new roof, we installed an energy efficient roof, and we can feel the difference. we will recommend them to other people

Build A Dream did a great transformation of my driveway removing old asphalt and installing pavers. Started Monday and by Wednesday we had a new great looking driveway. Workers were friendly and from start to finish rarely saw any of them standing around doing nothing. When driveway was completed they left everything nice clean. I have had many compliments about how great the place looks and a couple times people driving passed slowed down to take a better look at the driveway. Many thanks from start to finish.

I initially talked to Build A Dream’s Nick & Sean about painting the exterior of my place, one thing led to another, and they also painted the interior. Turns out my almost 80 year old home on a hill also had foundation issues, which they took care of, and my crumbling retaining wall which held my back yard from joining my main structure, is now a strait structure that I have no worries from. The outside looks beautiful, so much so, that old friends have stopped by to say How beautiful it looks. And one person referred to the interior as, “it makes me feel happy.” I never liked seeing vintage homes with new “plastic looking” windows. But now my old, single paned French windows are now modern double paned pull up quiet—and what a Difference it made! My tenant said a bus which goes by a 615am no longer wakes him up. And I can really enjoy the views. And I love the look. As you can tell, I am very satisfied with the work that Build A Dream has done for me, and the creative relationship that I have with Nick and Sean, that has changed my almost 80 year old home to one that I am very happy with! I highly recommend them!

It was a really good job, i was quite satisfied with the outcome. I was surprised how fast and clean they work. Benito and Sean was very professional and gave me a good insight on the job, they had wonderful ideas that I wouldn't think of myself. The office is also very helpful with any and all issues, and they work really fast and check up on me even after the job is done to make sure I'm happy, that made me realize I'm dealing with true professionals.

We contracted Build A Dream to do our exterior paint. They were very helpful and detailed in the work. They made sure that we were satisfied with the work. They also came back to check that the work was finished and inspected the job. They try to their best to give us the best possible arragenments to make it easy for us to do the payments. We were helped by Isaac and Gil project managers that came back to check the work . They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the final job.

i had my house painted, remodeled my bathroom and had my driveway cemented, they did an excellent job and was very professional and kind, and if i need any work in the future i will call them for sure, and i am happy to right good things on them for other people to know them. nick my project manager was fantastic, his has a wonderful personalty and he was on top of the work, every time i had a question he answered me right away and it was very important to me.

we’re planning to build an extra room in our house for a while but we were concerned about the price and also finding it hard to find the right company . After looking into few different companies I found Build a dream and Sean showed me a several options . After taking to him we finally decided to go with this company and did all of our jobs that was needed to be done and some extra. Sean was really friendly and he knew what was talking about. i called the company and david, the project manager, came, he explained about the company, that it is inshured, licenced and bonded which was very importent to me. i needed 10 doors replaced, my house was build in 1955, and the doors were original. i also needed my hall ways painted and the door frames too. all the employees were very professional, very good craftsmen, and cleaned after themselves. David was here every day making sure everything was done right, and if any issue accorded he corrected it on the spot. i was pleased with everything and would recommend both build a dream and David, in particular, for any and all jobs in the house.

it went excellent for me and my wife, they did a very good and professional job and i would recommend these guys to anybody. this has been the best experience with a construction company in all my years, i would recommend to any senior citizen. they are trust worthy, my project manager David faithfully call me every day, and kept me updated, which meant a lot to me. the work was impeccable and i am very satisfied. David is a true gentleman, he did everything he said he will do and more, he took care of the job in a way that my children felt comfortable not to come every day and be worried about the work.

Everything went great and installed in one day, after a week that they manufacture the windows custom for us. The workers did the job very professionally as well and we’re please with the outcome. the workmanship was excellent, we didn't even dream our balcony can look so nice, everything was done amazingly, and we love the outcome they showed us all the process. the workers was very polite and they clean after themselves every day to our satisfaction, they took care of our needs every day, they covered the pool so nothing will go in the pool and cleared the trash, they vacuumed the attic before they put the insulation and took pictures to show us how everything looked like every step of the way. nick and sean, the project managers, were very pleasant and willing to respond QUICKLY every time we needed them, they become friends to us and we loved having them in my house, they honest and honorable. i recommend them to my children and friends.
