I hired the contractor to apply siding, doors, and windows to my house. They brought the windows and left them at the house. The contractor stated that they could not apply siding until the rim joist was repaired. I contacted a framing contractor to repair the joist and tried to coordinate the work between the two. I now cannot get in contact with Josh Jackson with Build and Beyond to coordinate getting the work done. He has moved to Florida. On 9-23-24 I paid his company $10,576.00 deposit and no work was done. He charged $1232.40 for the windows that he delivered. So, I want a refund of 10,576.00 - 1232.40 = 9343.60

"We thank you for your review but we feel all facts need to be put out there. Yes indeed you gave us 9,538 dollars for the deposit which we in return bought your supplies we bought the jeld wen v-2500 which are 300 a window we bought six which was 2000 after tax which you still have at your house plus the siding that you was gonna pick up which was 3800 dollars which brings you to 5800 in materials we have not been intentionally avoiding you. I have personally tried reaching out multiple times and have even sent a crew out to the address given three times without a response. We have already started the process of refunding the rest of the deposit to your credit card in the amount of 3738 dollars. We thank you for your review good or bad and will strive to do better for our customers."

This landscaping business was amazing with their customer service and attention to detail. They did everything they said they would do. I have had so many compliments on the work they did and would definitely hire them again!!!!!

A new company still in the learning phase. Hard working crew. Did not quite finish in one day but will return tomorrow to finish one small area and haul away some additional cuttings. Thought price was fair, I would suggest detailed written estimate of work to be done.

Both jobs went very well, there were a couple of hiccups that were out of their control but they were very prompt at making sure everything was properly taken care of.
