Great company to work with. Professional and great work quality

It went pretty smooth. Crew was professional and they know their craft. Mike the owner came out himself and reinstalled a gfci outlet that was found to be faulty months later after the remodel. I sent him an email and he took care of it. No problem what so ever, how refreshing.

Many parts had to be redone. Never completed. Not answering phones. Now we’ve been notified owner Michael Wayne Ross has filed for bankruptcy.

They took my money and did no work. They owe me $13,662.

This company took more than $25,000 dollars from us and has not completed or started any work. The owner Mike Ross will not return calls or answer emails. Mike’s attorney says he sold the business to Darin Wilson. Darin Wilson’s attorney says he is not buying this business. Our contract is with Mike Ross. He made several appointments with us to start work on our kitchen and then just didn’t show up. No call or nothing. This happened three times. He has our money but has done nothing. This company is a fraud.

Do not hire this company or their Design Services.

We had a bit of a rough start: the project was started about a month late. That left me feeling anxious, but I was also in contact with our sales rep Karin, and she always responded to my questions in a timely manner. I have to thank her also for being super patient with all of the questions I texted her over the course of the project, too, she is super! Once the project started, things moved very smoothly. The first team took care of installing all of the studs, drywall, and all the mudding/taping, which went up over about 2 weeks of daily work. They wrapped up with spraying the ceiling with a nice texture. The gentlemen performing the work always cleaned things up when they would leave for the day, and asked questions as needed. Once the first effort completed, the detailing crew took over the day to day work, which included installing the trim, doors, flooring, banister and spindles for the stairs, and took care of the painting. The electrician came on a couple of occasions to handle lights, outlets and the like, and the plumbing work was done toward the end (most of it was already in place, just a matter of redirecting the sink's drain). It took a couple more weeks to wrap up with everything that needed to be finished, including the installation of the new toilet and sink. The only issue we kind of struggled with was sometimes I would ask the crew a question and they had no prior knowledge of some aspect that was supposed to be completed - specifically an access panel to the humidifier behind one of the walls. What I learned though is that the whole team typically had meetings before arriving at the house to discuss the day's tasks, and that if I went to Karin first to ask about something, she would then make sure the crew knew what needed to be done. Once I understood that dynamic, we didn't have any more concerns - just have to be attentive and proactive in reaching out for information. Overall, my husband and I are SUPER happy with the results! We love this new space! Everyone involved in completing the basement remodel was very professional, and honestly they left the basement even cleaner than they found it. We would definitely consider having them over again if we have another remodeling project to complete.

The job went good and in a timely manner and the finished job looked good. My problem is the toilet seat broke and I tried calling 2 times and leaving messages to see if there was a warranty on the toilet seat. But did not get a response. So I guess after they take your money they are done with you.

I liked the bidding process up front, because the owner came out. Once they got started on the job it took them a lot longer than they said it would to complete. Several different people kept coming in to the house. I would probably not use them again in the future.

The guys did a great job. I didn't think the bathrooms could look as good as they did after the remodel. They took both rooms down to the studs. I had both bathtubs removed and replaced with showers. They installed Onyx for the shower walls and basin. It looks fantastic. I also had new sinks and toilets installed. Both bathrooms are very small and Nick was very careful about the measurements so everything would fit in the space allotted. I told him the shower heads I wanted and the type of stools and sinks. Everything is exactly as I wanted. I picked out the lights, mirrors and medicine cabinet. They also installed new tile floors which look great. The job took about two weeks which I thought was very good for complete tear outs and remodels. Scott and Dennis were so careful to keep everything as clean as possible. All of the debris was removed each day. They would put down tarps and plastic to keep the carpet and floors as clean as possible. Before they left they dusted and ran the vacuum. The owner came by to inspect the job after the work was finished. I felt like Scott and Dennis went above and beyond to do an excellent job and I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

They did a fantastic job. The bathroom looks great, better than expected. They arrived exactly when they said they would each day and when they left they would completely clean up. Luke made some design suggestions that we had not even considered that really made the bathroom pop!! They finished the job a day earlier than expected. We had three other estimates before choosing Building Pro, their price was much better and I can't imagine the other companies could compete with their quality of work. If you are considering a bathroom remodel I wouldn't look anywhere else. We will definitely be using their services again.

I had a Wonderful experience with this company and with Luke and John who completed our remodel. They showed up on time and it finished the job on time. Every afternoon when they left, they cleaned everything and they left everything nicer than it was when they arrived. They were courteous, professional, conscientious and very skilled at what they do. I am amazed by their skill and craftsmanship and how beautiful our new bathroom is. I will definitely hire them again. <br />

It went great. They were on time and very professional, accommodating and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the outcome. The job lasted two weeks, so they did a lot of work and really seemed to know what they were doing. The company is very willing to work within a budget without trying to compromise quality. They did a complete remodel on two bathrooms.

I reported one follow up issue which was resolved in a week. Very pleased with the work done. They consulted with me along the way to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Team was punctual and professional.

The best,smoothest remodeling experience we have had done to date. <br /> The crew cleaned up every single day. <br /> They showed up within a 30 minute window every single day. If the team needed to stay late, they called and asked around lunch time. <br /> No dumpster in the driveway! <br /> We were consulted every step of the way to insure the bath turned out how we wanted. <br /> They even let me draw out the tile design on the walls and floor! <br /> Our bathroom is just wonderful! Just full of the higher end perks we wanted.

I was skeptical when Craig informed me that this could be done in a week.  Well, even after we added a new ceiling, paint and more tile work, it was done in a week and one day.  Amazing.  We LOVE our bathroom and only wish we would have done this earlier. Our team consisted of Luke, Quentin and Matt.  My husband informed me that he kind of missed them when they were done.  We had the tub and tile removed, vanity taken out, toilet removed.  They put in new subfloor, added new tile, new tub, new plumbing, new vanity, new toilet, new light fixtures and exhaust fan.  They painted the room, added a wonderful tile recessed cubby in the shower, painted the walls and did tile trim.  They also fixed our ceiling (who ever thought of popcorn ceiling?).  We are so very impressed.  Thank you, Building Pro Bath Systems.  I expected clean and functional and got beautiful.

They were on time each day. They communicated with us daily on the progress and any other issues that had come up. The sink arrived with a slight crack and they replaced it with an upgraded sink. They offered to add a few extra outlets and went the extra mile for us.

Overall I think they did a good job; however, they broke a medicine cabinet while trying to put it in and left it up to us to get it fixed.  The cabinet wasn't approved by us either, I didn't like it and would have kept our old one or chose something different.  They suggested that one of their crew members could make a replacement cabinet, it doesn't look professional at all and we had to pay for that ourselves.  There is a place in our onyx where the caulking wasn't applied very well.  The owner came out to attempt to fix it but it still doesn't look exactly right. They left some paint off the door and had to fix that. The electricity wasn't hooked up properly so someone had to come back out to fix that.  The bathroom looks good other than the caulking on the onyx and the medicine cabinet...it looks cheap.  They did a great job on the tile.  Anytime we had an issue, the owner would come out.  They did something no other contractor would do without charging and that was set our toilet back each night.  They did get the job done in a week where all other contractors stated it would take a week and a half.  We would possibly use them again in the future.
