Building Unlimited

They were prompt and very professional in their dealings with me.  I would use them again.

We had a lot of rain.  They even worked in the rain some of the time.  Donny and employees were extremely professional and always polite.   He had already scheduled a vacation and understandably did take it in July. <br /> There was only 1 small misunderstanding about the ramp for the building.  The elevation was not gradual enough-- but Donny and "company" tore it down and redid the elevation of the ramp.  It is now perfectly suited for short people (and old).  LOL <br /> He did communicate with me about  shelf heights, potting area, electrical receptacles, fan and light placement --also the deck, pergola and ramp as well as the makeover of the front porch and all the hand rails. In other words, everything.  <br /> Every  time I called Donny and left a message he always called me back ASAP.   If he wasn't on phone, he talked to me then. This was greatly appreciated. <br /> This is a very good, dependable company and I think anyone who hires them will be well satisfied. <br />

Donny was very prompt, responsive, and cooperative. He stayed on budget and completed the job he said he would in the time he said it would take. I was unable to see the finished job due to my remoteness, but my realtor said that the job was done well. I would definitely use Donny's services in the future. <br />

Donny came on time with the poles and did exactly as planed.  He finished in one day and his work was excellent. <br />

We called a lot of contractors for this job and many never returned our calls. Those who did were difficult to get a hold of thereafter. The first thing that impressed us about Building Unlimited was their punctuality. They called us back immediately and always answered their phones. Once, Donny went back to the office after he had already left for the day to re-run some numbers for the project for us. Their availability and willingness to meet our needs were the greatest determining factors in our decision to hire them for the project. <br /> <br /> Their estimate was the highest we received for the project, but it was completely worth it. We realized later that many other contractors had not planned to do things as thoroughly and would have used shortcuts in order to charge a lower price. If we had to do it over again, we wouldn't change a thing---except perhaps not waste time calling other contractors in the first place!  <br />

Donny came to our residence within 3 days of requesting an appointment for an estimate on closing in our car port to a double car garage with some extra storage on the side accessible through a doorway. He took measurements and talked to me and my  husband for quite some time that evening. We called him back within 3 days and told him he had the job. The very next day Donny and his crew came and got started right away. Within the first day they had the framing up and you could tell it was going to be accomplished quickly and expertly. Donny's crew knows exactly what they are doing. All of the men were professional and extremely polite. Donny spoke with me every day to tell me what their intentions were the next day, and who would be coming, IE, concrete truck, dry waller, painter, electrician, etc. I knew who was coming on any given day and the approx. time they would be here. All told it took 13 men about 8  days to wall in and complete the transformation from a cluttered two car car-port to a wonderful and professional looking addition onto our house. They even blended in the roofing over the extra storage space to make it look like the house had been built that way.This may have been a small job for them, but they treated us as if we were the most important.  Boy was my husband impressed. We both are. If you are looking for a contractor, Donny is your man, I know he is ours, we'll never have to call anyone else.
