When we removed the old desk and upper cabinets we discovered an old leak and unforeseen problems with my air conditioning units, etc. He took charge explainec the problem helped me navigate and find solutions and adjusted the schedule and did not take advantage of the situation. Additonally as things arised that were not part of the scope he fairly handled them and in some cases just took care of them and me. My only complaint is that my project is complete and I will miss working with Edoe and his team. I could not have been more happy.
