We are working with them now on the electrical for our pool. Can’t recommend them more highly. We’ve given their information to several people already. Ryan Palmer has been super responsive from the initial quote through our current project, always keeping us informed of what’s going on. Reasonable with his prices and timeframe. Incredibly kind and respectful. His guys are great and knowledgeable, always showing up as planned to get the job done. Wonderful guys to work with. We will definitely use them again for any future projects we may have. Customer service is a bit of a lost art with too many businesses. Not these guys. Excellent experience. Let me preface this review by saying that this is the first time we've ever done any kind of remodel so we weren't sure what to expect. There were a few glitches along the way, but I suspect that it's to be expected in any project - no big project is going to go flawlessly. Some of the glitches were due to miscommunication (probably mostly us not fully understanding the process and not knowing what questions to ask), some scheduling issues (some avoidable, some not), and some communication issues (we were sometimes not informed of things - schedules, delays, etc - that we thought we should have been told). Bottom line though is that the work was done pretty close to on time, Ryan and his crew were friendly, polite, and helpful, and the quality of the work was/is excellent! We love our additional space!

We had Built Construction build us a new house. We had previously used this company for electrical work on our old home and were very pleased so we went with them on this whole new project. What we ended up with was a beautiful house that we are so proud of. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Ryan and his "team" came in and completed my kitchen remodel after a broken water line and a previous contractor had made a poor mess of everything. They completed installation of all cabinets/island, laminate counter-tops, electrical/plumbing work, and installation of appliances in basically a month. They were prompt and courteous at all times, often going beyond what was required. Their craftsmanship is excellent! You'll be fortunate if you can hire them. Job went very well. Listened to what I wanted done and delivered. Had to cut off approximately 7 inches of wall, lower electric boxes down, put new cap on for granite, install dry wall for tile backsplash plus drywall and texture wall after lowering. Communication was exceptional, promptly answered any questions and concerns I had. Cleaned up after every visit. All work was nicely done and finished job in a timely manner. Very professional.

We worked with Built Construction to design and construct a new addition <br /> to our home. The project involved updating our master bath and adding a <br /> walk-in closet and root cellar (below grade). Ryan and his team were <br /> great to work with, listen to our ideas and provide constructive <br /> feedback so that we came to the best outcome. The work took a little <br /> longer than we expected but this in part was due to some changes as we <br /> made as the work progressed. We now thoroughly enjoy our new addition. <br /> A friend told us it was like walking into the bath of a fancy B&B. <br /> We would recommend Ryan and his team to all our friends and family. <br /> <br />

I really love my new kitchen.  Shawn did a great job with the design - I have a much more functional kitchen and it is beautiful.  Shawn and Ryan both emphasize quality and "doing the job right".  They were both very responsive and were easy to work with.  I would not hesitate to use them again for any job.

.My overhead fan/light fixture quit working and found out that the connections weren't properly capped off. Several wall outlets weren't working properly and Ryan took them off and tightened the fixtures to work with existing wall switches. <br />

I selected Built Construction (BC) after getting 4 responding bids from a field of several electrical contractors.  One thing that made BC appealing is that they are more than just electrical contractors, they are general contractors as well and can handle additional work including sheetrock repair. This made it unnecessary to get other contractor(s) to complete the work. <br /> The scope of work included work such as installing multiple dedicated and additional electrical circuits, installing and moving outlets and fixtures with ceiling fan braces,  replacing the service breaker box and breakers, cat5 cable run, added accent lighting in the kitchen with suggestions which improved my original expectations.  Additionally, I could depend on them to point out issues that they observed while performing their work, including a foundation rot problem that they provided pictures and were able to provide a reasonable bid to correct. <br /> My only complaint is the bids were rarely delivered when promised and only after several call backs. I understand the owner is taking steps to correct this.  Additional scope of work was handled with satisfaction. <br /> The employees gave every indication of being trustworthy and diligent.  I don?t have any concerns about them carrying out their work without me being home. All areas of my house was cleaned up after work completed.  I hope to use Built Construction for future work.

He did a good job. He was pleasant. He was knowledgable.

Ryan Palmer was very professional in the whole process.  He took very careful planning in mapping out each step of the project. <br /> He installed the new appliances.  It was also beneficial that he is a licensed electrician to handle any electrical changes.   He made sure to clean up at the end of each day.
