"(Consumer name removed ), we?re sorry you feel this way, but your review does not reflect the actual scope of work you hired us for or what your insurance carrier approved. Your loss was handled strictly as a mitigation-only claim because that is all USAA authorized. You signed a mitigation work authorization?not a repair contract?and we completed every item your adjuster approved: drying, antimicrobial treatment, moisture mapping, documentation, and crawlspace mitigation. Repairs such as duct replacement, vapor barrier replacement, flooring removal, insulation, and HVAC work are not part of mitigation and were never approved by insurance nor authorized by you as out-of-pocket repair work. Insurance separates losses into two phases: Phase 1 ? Mitigation: drying, cleaning, stabilizing the structure Phase 2 ? Repairs: ducts, vapor barrier, flooring, insulation, etc. Only Phase 1 was approved on your claim, and we legally cannot perform repair work without approval or payment. It?s also important to clarify that only one room of flooring was affected, which our project manager and subcontractor documented. You specifically instructed our team not to remove the wet flooring, preventing full mitigation. You then requested that insurance replace all flooring throughout the home by removing transition strips so the carrier would view the house as one continuous surface. Because only one room had actual water damage, we could not support that request. Our team communicated with you consistently, provided all documentation multiple times?including photos, dry logs, estimates, job notes?and followed all IICRC S500 standards required by insurance. We are still awaiting final settlement from USAA for the completed work. Lastly, we?ve noticed multiple negative reviews being posted under different names and emails that all trace back to you. Posting repeated reviews from different identities is considered review manipulation and creates an inaccurate public impression. We kindly ask that this behavior stop immediately. In addition, the pattern of reviews suggests possible coordination with Build Strong to defame our company by creating fake accounts and posting 1-star reviews across multiple platforms. We take our reputation in the community seriously, and we will protect it. If this continues, we will take legal advice, report all associated accounts, and submit evidence of coordinated review abuse to the appropriate platforms. We welcome honest feedback?but false statements, harassment, and attempts to harm our reputation will not be ignored. We completed all work exactly as approved by your insurance carrier and wish you the best moving forward with your repairs."
"Thank you so much for such a kind review!"
