"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry you feel this way but like all stories there are two sides. You can try to drag our name through the mud but you need to be honest on your end before you start spreading rumors. The owner of Bumgarner Septic Tank and Grading did say he was going to come out and replace the pump the RIGHT way. He politely told your husband we ONLY place pumps from our suppliers who have a 3 year warranty that are specially made for pump tanks. Your husband did not want to get a pump through our supplier, instead he wanted to purchase a pump from a Big Chain Lumber Store who I am not going to mention their name, but they are located in [Member Information Removed]. We have never installed a pump from a chain store nor will we ever install a pump from a chain store that does not have a 3 year warranty or any information of their performance. But you also left out the part about the electrician part. If the other so called company did not have a licensed electrician to connect all the wiring from the house to the pump, well that was not legal. If you would all have agreed to our supplier pump and our LICENSED electrician to help with the replacement we would have guaranteed our work. But like I said, when you want to try to cut corners to save money, I am sorry we did not want to be a part of it. We tried, but you all denied all of our suggestions for a correct fix of the issue. So again, be honest on your end before you try dragging someone's name through the mud."
