I requested a 4 pt Inspection and received a Mitigation Inspection report instead. I tried multiple times to contact the owner/inspector via email and voicemail to rectify the issue and I am still awaiting a response. Please help me to get either the correct report or my $125 back. Also, I contacted another company and their price for the same inspection was $99. What a crock.

Bruce was a pleasure to work with. His response time was incredible. Bruce was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He followed up on all phone calls, emails and his inspection report. The inspection report was quite impressive. Very detailed and everything was labeled and described in great detail. Also, the photos he took made us feel we were there for the inspection ourselves. It was a real pleasure working with someone as knowledgeable about the things that needed to be addressed before closing on our home. We felt like we had known him for years. Great Job!
