Central Humidifier - Install or Replace
$800
Here’s a crisp, positive, and professional short review you can use for a humidifier installation company: --- ⭐ Short Positive Review “Excellent service! The team installed our humidifier quickly, neatly, and explained everything clearly. The air quality improved right away, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend their installation services.” --- If you want it more casual, more detailed, or tailored to a specific company name, I can shape it perfectly for you.

Bob and his team were very professional. They arrived at my residence on time and spent more time than expected due to a need to replace the existing PVC venting pipe to a larger diameter. Overall I am very happy with the service performed by Bob's team. I definitely recommend his team to whoever needs heating and cooling service.

The install took longer than expected because they are a small company, and were extra busy with other jobs that week. However, when it was all said and done, I am quite pleased with the results. The AC works great in the summer, and my winter heating bills are almost 50% less than they used to be. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I wait this long to do it? No Way! One of the main reasons Bob's company is special is that he does a good portion of the work himself. It's not contracted out to people you don't know. You meet Bob, and he does the work. Bob was also very accommodating about where to place vents, how to route ducts, etc... He also did a good job at educating me on how the system works along the way. Thanks Bob!

Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness.

Very well. After the installation, half of the radiators in the house did not work, so 2 guys came back the very next morning and were in and out in 45 minutes. It was installed in a day. Love the new system
Mr Mamayek initially came to our home on October 18, 2014. We agreed on a new Luxaire furnace with dual heating zones and a wireless thermostat for the second story at a total cost of $8250. We wrote him an initial check for $1000 and he began work the following Tuesday. The furnace was installed in a very reasonable time frame - approx two days. The duct work took several more days as he was fitting us in around other jobs. On Thursday Nov 20, 2014 at 9:06 pm I called Mamayek heating because our LESS THAN ONE MONTH OLD furnace went out. I was informed by the answering service that they were not allowed to contact him after 9pm. I explained that our new furnace was out and informed them that the outside temperature was 10 degrees. After several minutes of arguing with the answering service they hung up on me. I remembered that I had Mr Mamayek's cell number and called him at 9:20 pm. He had me turn off the furnace and restart it. Approximately 30 minutes later the furnace went out again. I again called the cell phone, but this time there was no answer. As the temp in our house was on a steady decline I called another HVAC company. They came out at midnight and determined that Mamayeks "trained" employees had the wrong pitch on the furnace which is why it would not stay running and was filling with water.
Mr Mamayek came out the following Monday to finally complete the job - install the wireless thermostat (2nd attempt). He criticized the other HVAC contractor stating that he has stripped a screw on the furnace. He disregarded the corrected pitch issue.
After about 1.5 hours he informed me that he was unable to install the wireless thermostat again as he had NEVER installed one of these before and was unsure of the operation and may need to call in an experienced electrician.
I told him to just put in a wired unit and be done with it. He informed me that he now needed more parts and would need to reorder and would get back to me.
This was trip number SIX and FIVE WEEKS into the project.
At this point I called Bintz Heating and Cooling and they wired the second story in less than 1.5 hours.
When Mr Mamayek contacted me on Dec 15, 2014 that he wanted to finish the job I informed him that I had someone else complete it. I also informed him that I expected to be reimbursed for the cost of the first contractor to correct the pitch and the wireless thermostat that he did not install.
After several minutes of arguing he agreed to send me a check.
Mr Mamayek NEVER took responsibility for anything that went wrong on this job.
He sold me a wireless thermostat that he implied he knew how to install but never had.
His employees took numerous cigarette breaks and left cigarette butts in my driveway.
Finally, when I received the reimbursement check, Mr Mamayek wrote on the front of it that if I cashed it the warranty for the work he did would be void.
The following is from Mamayeks website - "We?re available 7 days a week, and our training
and experience qualifies us to work on all brands of comfort...always easy to work with. That?s what separates us from all other
service companies. We?re in business to earn your satisfaction 100% of the time...100% guaranteed!"
DON'T YOU BELIEVE IT!

They were not very responsive. The air conditioner didn't work and they were like, you should have checked it sooner and we will get back to you when we can. They did come back and they did something wrong during installation. I would not use them again.

Bob visited our house, worked with us on selecting a unit, and provided an estimate for the work the same night. As for the installation, within two days everything was installed and one wouldn't have even known anyone was working on our house except for the new ceiling vents. He did a great job and we would hire his company again. Bob made the whole process very easy.
