Woke up yesterday to 82 degree home. Called several highly Angiies List rated HVAC companies only to find 5-6 days out for an appointment. Russ Burgor was on another job when I contacted him late late morning. He said he would head over as soon as he completed what he was on. Later that afternoon Russ was at my home and quickly and professionally diagnosed and repaired my AC unit. He explained everything to me as he was doing it, did not try to sell/replace/repair something that didn't need it, had the part with him that needed to be replaced, and was very reasonably priced. Thank you Russ!

Mr. Burgor came out on Wednesday evening to look at my furnace.  He did inform me that the gas valve and the circuit board would need replacing.  So, he contacted me with prices for both parts.  I was glad that he gave me two prices for both the valve and the circuit board.  I found him to be honest because he could have just quoted the higher price for both parts but he allowed me to choose. So, I went with the lower prices for both.  So the gas valve had to be ordered.  I informed him that I had to go in to work  and he was very accommodating in terms of coming out in the evening to install both parts.  However, you need to be prepared to give a down payment for parts that are over 100 dollars. So, I gave him a payment for the parts.  Then once the job was completed I gave a payment for labor. <br />
