Responded quickly and took care of a simple problem without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Will definitely call them again for plumbing issues.

Ok. but there was poor communication from the office. The plumber did not arrive as quickly as expected. Also, the plumber was not wearing a mask and did not offer to wear a mask even though we had ours on.

Dan arrived early, agreed with my diagnosis of the problem with the first toilet (worn washer) but explained why replacement of the innards would probably be a better, longer lasting solution than trying to repair the 70 year old mechanism, which is what I had suggested it needed. I agreed with his analysis, and the repair was made quickly with parts he had in his truck. While he was doing that work, he gave me some tips on how to repair the sticky bathtub drain lever, should I ever want to do that myself. I then asked for advice on a peculiar flushing behavior on the toilet in another bathroom. His description of probable causes, and the reason why replacement of the toilet was probably the best long term solution, was completely understandable. But I related my perfectly awful experience with a low volume toilet 20-plus years ago, and explained why we were looking at the 6 gallon toilet I'd scrounged to replace the worthless one. His description of their experience with the reliability of the toilet brand they recommend, and the design changes that had been made to achieve that reliability, was persuasive, and I decided to do the replacement. Dan had to go get the new toilet, but the removal and installation went very smoothly, and he was done pretty much within the original window they had predicted for the job I called them to do. All old parts were taken away, and the work areas were left perfectly clean. I thought the bill was quite reasonable for the work and advice I received. And after more than a week, the new toilet is working perfectly. I could not have asked for a better service experience, and will certainly call Burke first if I need (or even think I need) plumbing work done in the future.

Cody, performed this task in a professional manner. I had the wall already opened, the new supply riser and 1/2 in copper tubing already. I thought that the cost was more than double of what I personally thought it should be. I have been doing rehabs and handyman work for over 30 years, so I did know what the estimated cost should have been.

Called to tell me that the Plumber was on the way. Showed up in the window that they promised. Josh was professional. Took a look and explained what he was going to do. He completed the job in about an hour. Cleaned up his mess and the leak was gone.

The guys came and busted up the concrete, dug out the gravel and dirt - 2 feet down only to discover that the crack was a drilled hole from construction days 35 years earlier and the root was plastic tear out from the quickly drilled hole. The city of St. Peters inspected the repair and the guys filled it back and cemented over the hole they dug. I have used these guys for other plumbing needs and they came through every time with fair market pricing. Would recommend hiring these guys to any of my family and friends

Gentlemen tried real hard to find replacement parts but just ended up tightening the faucet. Still have a tighter leaky Bathtub Faucet.

Had Nick Rattini as our technician - great job overall. I wanted to replace our Rheem 40 gallon water heater with a Rheem 50 gallon water heater and Burke Plumbing will let you use customer supplied appliances - up front charge was $640 which is competitive, my assumption is that price includes an extra $100 for using a customer supplied heater. They added another $100 for modifying the existing plumbing to accommodate the larger tank which, in my mind, was reasonable. They showed up on time and the installation took about 2 hours. I had hot water one hour later. All in all, very pleased with the experience from Burke Plumbing which has been around since the 1930s.

First they wanted $125.00 for "emergency" service which was that day from 4pm -6pm. I called them around 10am. They wanted my credit card info before hand in case I cancelled, because they'd still charge me the 125. I wasn't going to cancel, so I gave them my credit card info, but I didn't agree with that practice. He arrived close to 6pm. He assessed the problem (obviously clogged shower drain) and said it would be an additional $240.00 to snake it. It took him maybe 10 minutes to snake it. I'm mad at myself for agreeing to this. I had some cleaning up to do also.

Burke Plumbing did a wonderful job in all respects. Great price for the job, showed up on time, did the work thoroughly and was out of there in no time. I would definitely hire again.

Called Burke at 8am and they were here by 10am. Josh W. assessed the situation, and recommended a new gas water heater - mine was leaking and wouldn't stay lit. He installed the new unit, and cleaned up very neatly afterwards. Josh W. is one of the nicest, most polite people I've ever met. Really seemed to know his trade, and seemed very trustworthy. Will definitely ask for him again if I have a future plumbing need.

Good drain now runs smoothly.

Josh took care of the problem and it's been working fine now.
